    I visited this location and very good customer service. I had a walk-in visit and had to wait for more than 3 hours, but that was on me. They were able to take care of selling the car. Very good rates and experience. Definitely recommend this place. Smooth and easy process. Consider carmax in seeling your car. They got kids area. They got free and good wifi . The restrooms are clean. There is a vending machine to purchase snacks. Cole definitely gets a shout-out for customer service!!

    The transaction here went well overall. The purpose of my visit here was to sell my car - fast. Rather than deal with the dozens of people who contact you if you sell online or otherwise you bring your car here and within a couple hours you walk out with a check in hand. The process is very simple - book an appointment in advance - show up (early if possible) and wait in waiting area. This was my least favorite part of it - I met with an appraiser, sat down while they inspected it, waited, met with another appraiser and then yet another appraiser to finalize the deal, all at different desks! So it was a bit more moving around than I cared to, bit every one was extremely friendly - almost too friendly. I got my offer and went with it. You may not get what you want which is to be expected but if you want get rid of your car fast, for a decent deal, potentially buy while you are on site than it can be done quickly and with a smile.

    I am very surprised to see a 3 star review here... I have had an incredibly pleasant experience here!!!! Andrew was the front men and Vince the back man. Vince has been a superstore, car needed some work so he want on and got it all squared away!! Super proactive once we startee to move forward with the repairs. I purchased an expensive german car thatbonce cost over $100,000 new... so i was very pleasantly surprised. I want to say one more time - pleasantly surprised! ... in an old car business it has never been like this for me. They car was fixed by dealer - under 90 limited warranty thru carmax. All expenses were covered. Excellent - thank you Carmax!! My family and friend is only going here from now on!!!!

    let's start off by saying as soon as we walked into Carmax my wife & I felt very welcome. Ashley welcomed us with a warm smile & a great personality, she helped us so much, while having great conversations I picked the car I loved and i got to test drive. I loved it so much & I wasn't able to get it the same day due to financial reasons but Ashley kept us with hope that I was going to bring home my dream car. we scheduled to come back and she went out of her way to reach out and make sure we had all documentation and everything was gone over and done before we got there so there were no issues. this was the best experience I have ever had and Ashley is definitely the reason why! today I brought home my dream car & we got to meet the most kind and genuine person ASHLEY!!!! that girl deserves a raise!! she's so wonderful I hope everyone gets to have their car success story! thanks to Ashley i got mine! thank you Carmax! & a huge huge huge thank you to Ashley! We will forever remember you!

    Damage in the Carmax store in July.  It is now November and I still have not been reimbursed.

    Do not buy from this dealer. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. The store is difficult to contact and dishonest in its dealing with customers. I was sold a damaged vehicle in July 2021 and was told that I would be reimbursed

    I had a great experience with Carmax at Langhorne PA. I went to 4 dealers for an appraisal and Carmax gave me the best top dollar offer . Their customer service is great, Kimberly took care of me and answer all of my questions. She was very detailed with a very straight forward process. I highly recommend Carmax.

    On June 11, 2025 I purchased a 2014 Toyota RAV4 AWD XLE from Team Toyota Langhorne for $15,662 --…read moretotal loan obligation $25,148.00. Within months the vehicle developed multiple major mechanical failures confirmed by the dealership's own personnel: torque converter failure, catalytic converter failure, exhaust system structural corrosion with the exhaust already separated and hanging -- repair quote $4,745.02, brakes classified RED front and rear and failed within 9,734 miles of purchase, axle bracket so severely corroded it had to be cut off, fuel pump rust and EVAP system failure, fuel gauge malfunction, severe tire dry rot on aftermarket tires installed without disclosure, severe underbody and structural corrosion throughout, seat belt obstruction, and a post-repair oil leak that began February 28, 2026 and is ongoing. The vehicle is now not able to be driven. I was sold a $2,115.00 Vehicle Service Contract that did not cover the major repairs needed -- and covered items were never submitted for warranty coverage by the dealership. The vehicle was in the shop in October and December 2025 -- the dealership never submitted the warranty claims -- dragging this out until February 2026 when the vehicle became completely inoperable. MPI videos from two service visits were confirmed recorded but never produced when requested. The vehicle has been out of service since February 17, 2026 -- 56 days. Two replacement vehicles presented by the dealership were found to have mechanical concerns upon basic visual inspection. No resolution has been provided.

    This car dealership is not serious about their business. I went in after making an appointment the…read moreday before to see a 2024 hybrid RAV4 and despite knowing someone was coming in to look at the car, they couldn't be bothered to clean up the vehicle at all (it was FILTHY, coffee stains on the roof of the driver side seat? How?) OR make sure it actually started? This car they claimed was ready to sell off the lot WOULD. NOT. START. Y'all. I was laughed at to be concerned a car with only 13k miles has many service lights already? They were unsympathetic about wasting my time, did not make me feel valued as a customer, and I spent about 30 minutes there longer than I should have before walking out because of their unprofessionalism. Buying a car is in an important purchase, look elsewhere to find a car dealership that will value YOU. PS I should have taken pictures to add, the state of uncleanliness of the car was absolutely embarrassing. Also forgot to add the first 10 minutes were spent having the sales associate figure out if the car I had made an appointment to see after confirming it was available was for sale or not...total waste of my time.

    I bought a 2005 Equinox in October and am now having a new engine installed because the head…read moregaskets had been blown. I didnt have an overheating problem until the summer months since it was such a cold winter and I wasnt driving the car far enough to make it overheat. Of course now my warranty is up and its now costing me 3k for a new engine for a car I financed for 5k. He lied to me about installing front breaks and I only found this out because I had someone check them after I picked the car up. When I called him he apologized and asked that I bring it back to try again so I did and checked again and they were done the 2nd time. I would not even give this place 1 star but I had to to write this comment. I feel like he took advantage of me from the moment I walked in. He told me he could get me a quote from his buddy the insurance agent. I told him since I am financing I would need full coverage. He gave me one and I accepted the policy & paid him cash for the down payment only. I was overcharged 100.00 (which I did get reimbursed 90.00 from the insurance co) but the policy wasnt acceptable for my finance company so the price I was quoted was now doubled becasue in wasnt for full coverage. I was worned by the Major car dealerships surrounding him to be carful because he takes all the rejects they didnt want but I couldnt afford their prices. Even though I feel I over paid (5k w/144k miles for a 10 year old car) I was ok with it because it was the best option I had at the time and I was in desperate need of a vehicle. If I had known I would need to put another 3k into into I would have instead but a car for 8K from Reedmans. I wouldnt refer them to my worst enemy. Even the office smells of ciagrettes and booze. I should have walked out then but as I said I was desperate for a vehicle. The vehicle has sat in my drive way more than I have driven it. ATTN WOMEN: Dont walk in there alone, he'll take advantage of you too!!!!!
