I was also not told on the phone that they had moved. It is the small things that determine if a business survives. They had four on the shelves, and every other kind of gaming gear you could possibly want. Next, I went to pick up a laptop for a family member and had used their reservation setup. I walked up, gave them my info and was handed the Karoo in like twenty seconds. Per my receipts, Ella has helped me check out both times and has been courteous and helpful. The service was ineffective in Monterey, so I contacted Verizon to close the account. I made multiple attempts to return the modem after cancellation. I was told I needed a return box but never received one despite repeated requests. I was also never informed I could have returned the equipment via UPS. After continued efforts to return the equipment (including attempting to return it in person at several different stores), I was eventually instructed by a Verizon representative at 1680 Del Monte Center Suite 12G, Monterey, CA 93940 that since the account was closed and there was no further need for the device, I could dispose of the modem as I saw fit. I disposed of it as e-waste. I relied on Verizon's instructions in good faith. I have tried to contest the charges with both Verizon and their collection agency. As recently as last week, I was sent a bill for approximately $220 from a collections agency. This charge is improper because Verizon failed to provide return materials and expressly instructed disposal. I visited the store one last time today to avoid formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the FCC to no avail.

After that another customer was curious and asked questions about a card in glass case he responded with attitude and was impatient and rushing him so he left. I liked the place at first but after multiple times of dealing with rude the owner and very low offers. Honestly save your time and visit the shop across from Planet fitness inside of the mall they sell and buy cards and figures and offer way BETTER prices and MUCH friendlier.
