Poor customer service & poor communication. Tried calling them 3 times having an inquiry about having a screen and battery replaced, no response. Left them a text message at their number interested in possibly purchasing one of their replacement phones and only received 1 message from them telling me what phones they had available. After asking 2-3 times what the price ranges were they didn't answer. Tried calling them again they put me on hold and eventually forgot they put a customer on hold. I got the back off my iPhone replaced in January and it immediately cracked not even two weeks later from a very minor fall. The replacement on the back also was not even Apple brand and has a strong plastic smell. Now, after paying about $150 for the replacement, my battery is popping out of my phone because of the faulty back replacement and I have to get an entire new phone! Not happy at all, waste of money to get a replaced back screen here. read more

Really kind and prompt service for a good price. I was really pleased with the repairs they did on my iPhone .

They replaced my back screen......guy assured me before fixing it that if anything wasnt great after the change they would fix it...I specifically asked because I wasn't sure if I should just go to Apple. Moral of the story, go to apple. 2 days later my phone swelled up like a pufferfish, splitting the back out from the hardware of the phone, creating a 2 cm wide air gap on both sides....took it back and they refused to help or fix it - they barely even wanted to discuss it with me. They made a correlation between using a touch charger - the chargers you lay your phone on - to what happened.....they NEVER said anything about not using them....whaaaaaa. Had to buy a new phone, so out over 1 grand from making the wrong decision.....just go to Apple.....hate leaving this review but want to help out future people who will get crushed here read more

I brought my fully functioning device in here to have the battery replaced because it wasn't holding a charge like it used to. The technician here replaced the battery and returned my device. When I got the device back my charging port no longer functioned. I returned the device here and was told that the issue was not caused by them. Yeah, OK. It worked fine before the battery replacement and I got it back not working but they didn't do it? I then had to take my device to the Apple Store who replaced the charging dock/device at a cost of $250 to me. They didn't want to point fingers but the friendly tech at the Apple Store basically told me it had recently been damaged when the phone was taken apart. The Apple Store told me they also replace batteries and they charge the same as CPR does for this service....meaning there is absolutely no reason to go to CPR where they might damage your phone and deny responsibility when you could just go to the Apple Store and get the work done properly without the aggravation for the same price. read more

Do not trust them! 1. He sold me products (2 screen protectors) said they have a lifetime warranty. He failed to give me the packaging after he installed on both my phones which is what you need to even claim a replacement under warranty. He said he charges $15.00 for replacement but online it is free. It is free online, but he failed to mention the $7.99 per item ship fee. Transactions cannot me combined. 2. When I called him to let him know I needed replacement, he then filled me in that he charges $10.00 per phone for his labor putting on the new screen protector. This takes him about a minute! Which he then claimed that the warranty doesn't cover his labor! Wow! And he (claiming to be the manager) had the nerve to tell me has to cover his hourly employee cost. UNBELIEVABLE! 3. I called the Zaggat company directly and they totally took care of me. Sending me 2 brand new upgraded screen protectors in the box and told me what to save in packaging to be able to replace product in future. He also discounted the shipping fees for me and told me my carrier (AT&T) will install the screens for free. He also re-registered the products. read more

Edit- minutes after leaving the review below they contacted me and did replaced the 'defective' screen. I'm not to confident this will last as this is the 2nd replacement of a phone that aside from a small crack never had screen issues. However I did change my rating from 1 to 3 because of the immediate attention to my issue. Got my cracked screen repaired to give my son my old phone. It was a minor crack never had any other issues with the phone. They replaced it and 2 weeks later it stopped reacting to touch- took it back because of the 'warranty'. They made an excuse it was water damaged- it was not near water. So not covered so stupidly we had them replace it again. Now the whole screen is falling out of the phone. It hasn't been dropped it was just a poor repair job. I dare not take it back because I'm sure they will have another reason of why their bogus warranty isn't covered. So $200 later I have a phone in worse condition and honestly need to purchase a new phone. Please do not give this place your money!! read more

An hour later I was in the store getting it looked at. Very polite and professional. Told me he'd call me when it was ready in about a day. About 30 mins later, called me and told me it was a smaller project than what he expected. I was able to come back an hour later and pick it up. He charged it fully and gave me a good deal.
