We had trouble getting wifi to work in parts of our home and he was able to locate an ethernet outlet that we missed completely that was covered by an antique dresser. By finding this, we were able to get wifi at the back part of our home. He also cleaned up some settings that weren't being used and rearrange settings so when it came time to return the Comcast modem (to use our own), it would be ready for us.
