Visited on a cruise port day with 11am reservations. It's about 10 minutes from the cruise terminal. The staff was friendly and professional and made us feel right at home. Last week on vacation in PVR I came to Carmen Bliss for a facial. The prices are really reasonable, about $45 USD for a facial. While I've had more specialized facials before (consultation beforehand about skin condition, concerns) I have no complaints about the quality of the 75 minute deep clean facial I received. Came to PV on vacation and found this place on yelp. It is by the marina bay. They are close to restaurants and shopping center. I called for an appointment and was able to get my much needed massage and facial. The girls were very nice and professional. The lady who did my massage was amazing because I fell asleep. She was attentive to my knotts. As for my facial, she did a great job on extractions and my face felt so fresh. If I come back to PV I will definitely be coming back here. read more

Very great service for a really great price. My partner and I came for a couples massage at 10am and it was the perfect time. Right before anything opened so it was very quiet and relaxing. We did the 60 minute couples massage. The pricing was better then any price we saw at a resort and they had AC unlike the beach vendors. Can't beat that. They were ready right when we arrived and it was very clean. The workers were extremely professional and honestly if we had gone earlier in our trip I would've gotten more services. They take cash and card. I regret not getting a scrub. My partners masseuses was really attentive to his needs. She focused on his tight traps and back. Great pressure and super great experience. He would highly recommend. I think my masseuse just needed to spend more time in the requested areas. When she got the spots right it was extremely relaxing!! But she was just a little bit quick when rotating through the positions. I would still recommend for an affordable and clean service. Make sure to tip! Wow! What a fabulous start to our visit to PV at this little spa! We contacted them via email a few days ahead so we could enjoy it on our first day. (Landed at 10:30, ubered to Marriott, enjoyed a relaxing lunch, then walked over for 2pm appointment - so easy!) Angela and Zory did our couples massage and they were fabulous! My husband and I have lived around the world and enjoyed massages from Asia to Europe to the USA - this was one of the best! While NOT fancy place, we HIGHLY recommend it!!! The massage was strong and professional, the ambiance was very pleasant (dead quiet, perfect temperature and crisp sheets on a comfortable bed along with nice scents), and the price was right! Lovely spa in PV that I hope to come back to next time I'm there. We booked massages and all loved them. It was nice and clean, felt safe in regards to COVID, and everyone was very friendly. Massages were on time and price was great. You can pay with credit card but tip in cash. The rooms were comfortable, pressure was great, and left feeling relaxed. While in Puerto Vallarta my friends and I explored getting bodywork done. I went twice, a couple of weeks apart. This place is conveniently right on the main strip of the Marina so we could work it into our day. The first time i went i had to ask for deeper pressure. The second time i went i booked a deep tissue and it was better than the first one. I also received a hydrating facial which was relaxing. One friend received an ancient massage and loved it with little bags of herbs. Another friend received a therapeutic massage for her stiff neck and felt better. Appointments are suggested because they are busy. The place is clean and they are following safety protocols. They slather you in oil including your hair so be prepared to continue your day like this. read more

Got two massages here over our 6 day trip. Very clean and therapists are great. In the ancient massage they use heated bags of herbs and place them on different parts of the body, while massaging the rest. Unique and lovely experience. Highly recommend! read more

This review is a bit late but wanted to share! I reached out via email a few days before our available date for a group of 7 of us. I got a quick response, and they were able to stagger our time so that half of us would go first, and the second half would go a bit later. It worked out super well, and we even got food around the area! AND it was the day we were flying out, and they were able to accommodate us and our luggage! The women at the front desk were polite and very helpful. They had a working knowledge of English if you're visiting and not fluent. Our couples massage was so amazing we scheduled a 75 min massage for two the next day!! Just had our 75 min deep tissue massage and it was just as amazing as the couples massage. Wish our trip was longer so we could schedule another appointment. Highly highly highly recommend. Price is cheap too! $63 for 2 massages. What a great experience! I initially was going for the Swedish massage but decided at the last minute to add Exfoliation bliss. I'm so glad I did! This place was amazing! I had the renewal package and everything was incredible. The massage was perfect with good pressure and some deep tissue work yet was still very relaxing. The facial was also really nice and my skin is now totally hydrated and almost glowing. All the ladies here were very sweet and highly skilled. I would definitely recommend them! read more

Awesome experience at this spa!! The studio is clean, private, and they take every precaution to make the experience safe from the second you enter until you leave. I got a 90 min Swedish massage and facial. The massage was so relaxing, the rooms aroma and sound were perfect, the bed is extremely comfortable and super soft sheets. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating, they even gave me face treatment advice after my massage for when I go home! I booked an appointment for my wife here. It's near the marina so I should have been more cautious. The price is not terrible but as soon as I walked in, I realized I was in a place of midgets. The space is much too small for a comfortable massage environment. It just does not work. you have to understand that there needs to be space in order to have comfort. As soon as I walked in, they were telling me to be quiet because there were other people in session. It was very awkward. It's just not a space that is conducive to having massages. Avoid. read more

Best massage ever! Went there a couple of times. I had a pinched nerve on my right shoulder, they were able to get us in within 10 minutes. We had an hour massage. The masseuse was great and helped relive a lot of the pain. The next day we walked in after a trip to Murieta Island, they were about to close but two of them stayed after hours to accommodate us. This time I got Berta. She was amazing!! We've been getting massages just about every day but this place is by far the best. read more

She did an exfoliating scrub massage on my feet and legs that almost put me to sleep and whatever product that was used smelled amazing. She really took her time and my nails came out great. It was probably one of the best pedicures I've had in a long time. The total with gel polish was 450 pesos + a 5% fee for credit cards, so about $25! I'm so happy I made the stop.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the owner, and she was very welcoming toward us. This seemed to be a family operated business, as the two masseuse ladies were very friendly staff. My spouse and I truly enjoyed our experience with this day spa, and we highly recommend them to all. The place was very clean and customer service was over the top! 90 minutes massages perfecto!
