Cute nail salon and spa right on the Marina Vallarta. I was dropped off at the front of a condominium complex and all of the shops/spas are in the back. Upon entering, I was greeted warmly and provided a pedicure chair and bowl. There were only 2 women working who were doing nails and I had a wait about 15 minutes as they finished someone else. There was also a receptionist and someone doing facial/spa services in the back. Diana did my toes she was very kind, gentle, and thorough with my pedicure. She did an exfoliating scrub massage on my feet and legs that almost put me to sleep and whatever product that was used smelled amazing. She really took her time and my nails came out great. It was probably one of the best pedicures I've had in a long time. The total with gel polish was 450 pesos + a 5% fee for credit cards, so about $25! I'm so happy I made the stop. read more

I was able to walk-in to Marina Salon Spa and get a quality gel manicure and regular pedicure. The salon is very clean and the service was excellent. The technicians seemed to be well trained and took the time to treat clients well. The nail polish was a good quality name brand and was fresh. I hate it when a salon uses old nail polish as tries to stretch it with additives. The price was very competitive; much less than I was quoted at the mall or at the resort. I would not hesitate to go here next time I'm in Puerto Vallarta! read more

My Mom and I came to Marina spa for a massage...WOW. I get massages regularly and I can honestly say this was the most INCREDIBLE massage I have EVER had. My massage therapist found every knot and was able to work them all out, without leaving me sore. She massaged my WHOLE body and found knots I didn't even know I had. The use of aromatherapy pushed it completely over the top. I will make it a point to visit this spa every time I'm in Puerto Vallarta...and recommend you do too! Staying at Riu Vallarta. We were looking for an affordable price for couples massage, instead of paying $140 for 30min at the hotel or $80 on the beach. After reading reviews from other spa locations, we selected Marina Salon Spa and Let me tell you, very satisfied with the service. Don't be afraid to tell woman where to focus on and how strong you want the massage. We paid $52 American and gave a $5 tip to each girl. If you want to save more, pay with Pesos, it's $10 cheaper. They also recommended a place to eat with handmade tortillas, that was walking distance from the spa. Highly recommend. Killed 2 birds with one stone. read more

Clean and friendly. Dany was very good with the pedicure. I had a broken nail and she was so gentle that I didn't feel a thing. I would have liked a bit more dry heel treatment though. Husband had a relaxing massage and he was happy with it too. Daughter had a gel mani and pedicure at the same time. ***Attention*** The map on yelp for the Marina Spa is very confusing & not set up in the right place. The spa is kind of hidden & and there are about 10 other Spa's on the marina. I thought I was receiving a deal for this place but it was just their standard price (60 Min "Swedish Massage") This is not a great massage place, the place is very dirty, the masseuse was basically giving me a back rub instead of a massage. Lots of hair & bugs & not sure if the sheets were actually cleaned. Take your money elsewhere. read more

ATTN! If they offered a free massage, I wouldn't even take them up on their offer unless they picked me up at my condo and made me breakfast! My wife and I came here on the 25th of September 2017. She got the Full Body Massage along with Facial, Mani and Pedi. I got the 90 minute Full body massage and it was great until I looked at my timer and at the end of her massage it was only 52 minutes! She kept insisting that it's been a full 90 min massage but it was pointless to argue with her because the language barrier. She did not massage my head or feet. My wife's pedi was all good until they insisted to have my wife not move while the lady put her slippers back on.. in the process she scrapped a few toe nails and said it was my wife's fault and they weren't going to fix/ repair the polish. My wife paid $150 USD. Please save your time and money by not coming to this establishment. You've been warned. read more

Never had a nail salon not remove my gel with cotton and whatever liquid they normally use. The woman used a file to "remove" (unsuccessfully) my gel, then the next woman, without even paying attention, started to apply gel without noticing that the old gel was clearly still there. I had to show it to her, and at first she tried to tell me that was the natural texture of my nail & then she realized I was right. I don't know who did what wrong and when, but within a few days, two of my nails had totally broken and split and not just in one place, but multiple places & deep & long into the nail. It may be horrible quality products, but this is the worst nail experience I've ever had, and I had to rush to another nail salon to have them remove the gel to save my nails before they completely split and cracked all the way down the nail. PLUS, they weren't cheap, the chairs were terribly uncomfortable. Only positive is that the women were very nice, but when I went to pay, they didn't even have 40 pesos in change available and of course they're credit card machine didn't work! With a million nail places in Puerto Vallarta, chose something different, but definitely don't go here! read more

I visited this place for three services while here on vacation after reading reviews. My experience was mixed. The location is on the marina. The place is clean and professional. Communication was good. My pedicure was well done and still looks good a week later. Manicure- well done with attention to cuticles but no clear coat after the color was applied. Within 4 days color completely off 2 nails on one hand and 1/2 off 3 nails on the other hand. By today- one week later polish pretty much all off. Disappointed. I visited this salon twice. Both times I had a massage with Lolita. She is amazing. I have much pain, but she understands what to do, how to do it and helps me a lot. She's got great hands. I won't go back however, because I was told after my 2nd massage, while trying to pay, that the card reader wasn't working. This has happened in multiple places in PV and that's an inconvenience for me when I don't know ahead of time. I carry enough cash for tips but not to pay the whole bill. I left my tip $ with the owner/manager and went off to the ATM machine. When I returned, less than 5 minutes, I was given part of the money I left for a tip as change. I worry that Lolita didn't get the entire tip, as it was busy and pretty confusing inside. I was overcharged based on my refund. I can live with that. I wanted to be sure Lolita knew how much I appreciated her expertise. She was already doing another massage so I couldn't check with her. The salon is good in all services, I just didn't like the "card reader isn't working" without her even trying it. read more
