I take care of a client that sees the doctor on an annual basis and the service is consistently the same - not good- no improvement whatsoever. Located all the way to the back of this medical office plaza the office is updated and clean. The wait time is no less than an hour. Today was 1:20 minutes. Time with the doctor 2 and a half minutes and that was him saying hello everything the same, go through medication and okay see you next year. Today's issue was they took so long we had a virtual appointment that started as soon as we were being released. I informed the assistant that we had a video call that would take 2 minutes and I need the room. Initially she tried to tell me no they have more patients (mind you it's 4:00 no patients after 3 we were the last ones) After I explained to her we been there for an hour and a half I can use the room for 2 minutes she slammed the door! Like the audacity! AA we walked out she has a smirk on her face and I told her she didn't have to slam the door. Mind you my client is special needs and it startled him. We will not continue with this office as it's like a pill mill. They don't care about the patients they just care about the amount of bodies passing through so they can bill the insurance.

!!!!! WORST MEDICAL OFFICE I HAVE EVER VISITED!!!!! - Brimhall Road location…read more DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE! I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS PLACE HASN'T BEEN SHUT DOWN. I could write in detail about everything that happened to my husband there, but I am not taking the time for this! Doctor pretty much useless and writes twice the wrong body part on the MRI order. In addition the MRI is written for the wrong providing facility! Doesn't write prescription for correct medication! Some women in the front office are completly unprofessional and disrespectful! Also, first AI answers the phone! I spend hours!!!!! on the phone, asking them to correct a mistake they made with a referral! I called in the morning of the appointment! The appointment was in the afternoon. The runaround they gave me, is unbelievable! I documented each call on paper. They even lied to me and the person in charge did not take my calls, even though they admitted they made yet again another mistake! We could not make it to the very important imaging appointment!!!! My husband had been in excruciating pain for over 3 month at this time and an appointment with the specialist the next day! The imaging was necessary for said appointment! I am taking this case to the California Medical Board. I am not sure if they will handle this type of medical dereliction of duty, but something needs to be done! I'm horrified thinking about all the elderly people who are under the care of this office and don't have the stamina to fight for the healthcare that they are entitled to by law.

Worse medical practice in have ever been to. You tell them your problems, they ignore and just recommend more injections. You say you need something else they don't provide at their facility they act like it's not good for you! This is what happens when it's a lien facility for lawyers. They just want to upcharge and collect not caring about patient care.

A 10 minute visit is billed over $800 (maybe because they are tied to UCLA they get away with much higher billing and reimbursement rates). I constantly complained I felt the issue in my foot potentially from previous injury, and a car accident. He was fixated on it being plantar fasciitis... after getting a MRI $2600 plus, all he focused on we looking at the image & he said it confirmed this diagnosis, & treatment options. I asked about my large toe joint & he said it wasn't included in the MRI & if I needed it examined, I needed to make another appointment to be worked up for that as a separate issue!? Talk about money hungry!? Just bill for an intermediate or advanced exam, since I am already here!? I asked for a copy of the MRI, when I read it, it showed a fractured bone which he didn't even address!!! I sent it to my primary care who said I should have been placed in a "boot" but mind you it is now 2 months later. At no time was my MRI scan reviewed much less in its completeness! I feel this is malpractice and my ankle may now never be the same! I would not recommend this doctor
