Madeleine is extremely supportive - welcomes emails/texts and responds promptly. No question goes unanswered, and I tend to ask a lot of questions. Meal plans are simple and easy to follow. Something that stood out that I was not expecting was... during our first meeting she requested a list of various restaurants I frequent and gave me a bunch of options at each that supported my health goals.
