The bouquet was cut too short when arranged and not secured and completely fell apart. You can see the greenery didn't even touch the water and flowers were already damaged. I called the store and spoke to a man and he said it was delivery and they can come apart from the rubber band. There was never a rubber band or anything! He said bring them in and they would fix. Arrived to the store the florist (lady) had a really bad attitude and angrily tied the flowers together with plastic and shoved back in the vase. Broken flowers and greenery and all.
