Every single one of us has come away saying the same thing: these are the best sausages we've ever had. On my latest visit, I ordered The Flight, which comes with three sausages of your choice, grilled peppers and chilies, toasted bread, potato salad, and pickle spears. Everything on the plate complements the meal, but the sausages are unquestionably the star of the show. They're flavorful, perfectly cooked, and make you want to come back to try more combinations. The restaurant is located inside Redlands Public Market (a super loud place when it's busy), which is a great spot if you're with people who all want something different since there are plenty of food and dessert options. Redlands Public Market (RPM) on Memorial Weekend 2026 was the place to be for my daughters and I. We went all out on food, drinks, and desserts for dine-in at #1 Shrimp Corner, #2 Yugo Shokunin, #3 Beyond Biryani, #4 Hen & Heifer, #5 Take Ur Seat Lite, #6 Tsoko Cafe, #7 Maison La Jolie, and #8 Aice. We didn't stop there. It was time to bring some of the goodness home. Nava Sausage (stop #10) was right across from Cornerstone BBQ (stop #9). Yes, I sure did offer my patronage and support. Young lady who took my order was friendly and nice. Thank you Miss! The different sausages were right in front of my face, but I only had eyes for the Bavarian Pretzel with cheese sauce. Funny, my eldest daughter said to me afterwards that I was at a sausage place and didn't get any sausages. Why? LOL Pretzel was presented to me in whole form initially. Unfortunately, my phone ran out of battery, hence, I was not able to take a photo of it. The lady packed it up in a to-go box. When I got home and opened the box, pretzel was all cut up into several pieces. I was bummed because I wanted it in whole form. I guess I'll have to order it again. Anyway, pretzel was good especially when it was warmed up. Cheese sauce tasted like cheese sauce. Just one small gripe, I didn't care for the salt bits on the pretzel. I'm not a salt person. I had to shave off the salt as it was too salty for me. Price was $13.95 which was a tad bit high for a pretzel though it was a large size pretzel. We'll have to come back and try their sausages. I don't eat beef so I hope they have pork, turkey, or vegetarian sausages. Know before you come here... free parking can be found at 101 W Stuart Ave. RPM is only a few minutes away by foot. Honestly, this was the best hot dog I've had in a long time. The cheddarwurst jalapeño hot dog was incredible, juicy, flavorful and easily the best thing I had there. The chili cheese fries were also great, the fries were perfectly cooked, well seasoned and absolutely delicious. The customer service was outstanding. The owner and Miguel Angel were so kind, welcoming, and genuinely appreciative of their customers. Even though it was a busy day, our food came out quickly. Since it's located inside the Redlands Public Market, we all tried something different from various vendors, but the hot dog and chili cheese fries were hands-down the best thing we ate all day. The sausage had great flavor and the whole thing was seriously filling. Definitely not something you walk away from still hungry. They get it. That smoked Hungarian beast I had at dinner was impossibly good. It was like eating the purest perfection of what a sausage on bread should be. More importantly, I looked anything but dignified sucking it down. But I didn't care because I only wanted to take the next bite. My best friend would've been proud to see the spectacular mess of eating that was on display tonight. The service was good, a little slow if anything, but nothing I would complain about. And the Redlands Public Market is just a great food hall to chow down in regardless of which booth you go to. Nava is a great choice, but it's not the only one. But at the end of the day, it's the type of place you can just relax and enjoy the company you're with while eating the best comfort fast food around. Felt the service was good, but the bratwurst was so salty and tough to eat/bite into. I couldn't even finish it. The price was a little high too (17.00 for a dog and drink), no sides or anything with it - I wanted to get the Bavarian pretzel but felt 14.00 for a pretzel was a little steep on top of the cost of a hot dog and drink.
