I was turning into the Stater Bros. shopping center when the driver decided not to pull over and instead continued driving. Once I realized she was not going to stop, I followed the vehicle. She eventually pulled into a handicap parking space at Cooley Market. I immediately got out of my car to inspect my bumper and saw the older woman also look at the front of her vehicle before going into the market. I went inside and approached her to explain that she had hit me from behind and had driven away without stopping. She was very nonchalant about the situation and, instead of taking responsibility, claimed that I had hit her. I told her that was not true and that she had hit me. She eventually began apologizing, so I went outside to take pictures of both vehicles. While I was taking pictures, a man came out of the market. I assume he was either an employee, the owner, or possibly a family member of the woman. Instead of calmly asking what happened or hearing my side of the story, he immediately became aggressive and tried to intimidate me. He said he was going to check the store's cameras. I told him he was welcome to do so because I had followed the woman directly from the Stater Bros. shopping center. He then made the unbelievable comment, asking what my problem was because the airbags in my car hadn't gone off and questioning why it was such a big deal. At that point, I told him I was going to call the police. He immediately told the woman to leave. The reason I am writing this review is because I was extremely disappointed by how this situation was handled. The driver appeared to try to leave the scene of an accident without stopping, then denied hitting me. Instead of helping establish what happened, the man who came out of the market aggressively confronted me without even hearing my side of the story and then told the woman to leave when I said I would call the police. Whether or not the airbags deployed has absolutely nothing to do with whether an accident occurred. What matters is that my vehicle was hit, the other driver initially left without stopping, and I was treated aggressively when I tried to address the situation. I hope the store takes situations like this more seriously and understands that customers should not be made to feel intimidated when they are simply trying to address an accident that occurred.

I had a firsthand experience by being welcomed with a free sample of tortilla chips and salsa. Store always clean and merchandise are neatly stocked on shelves. I came at this particular branch for their sale of BARILLA pasta for 4 for $5. On the shelf were only 2 boxes so I was looking for someone to help just when a gentleman in a nice white shirt with necktie came out from one of the check out stand. I think he sensed that I have a question, he was very approachable so I asked him if they had maybe more of the pasta that I needed and he immediately took one of the box and came back with a big box and had 16 in them ! Thanked him so much for his help! I didn't get to see his name tag but saw his poster when I exited, nice job as an outstanding Manager ..thanks again Mr. Garcia! There were more checkout stands open than customers which is so amazing that I was done as quick as I got helped ..

This location does get plants, unfortunately something must not be right with the shipment speed or conditions because the plants are usually mangled and half dead. When the money trees came in a few weeks ago they were all in cold shock, but being sold at normal price.
