I don't know how he does it, but he packs so much flavor into his food. The menu is small and simple. There is a posted photo of a handwritten menu that is accurate here on Yelp. Mar y Tierra $8 for burritos, tortas, quesadillas $3 tacos. Asada or Pastor only are a dollar cheaper. Now, the burritos and tortas are not as big as other places like Florianos for example. BUT it's also several dollars cheaper AND MOST IMPORTANTLY this guy is HEAVY HANDED with the meats. You get so much shrimp with the mar y Tierra, and he uses large shrimp, not those little baby ones with no flavor. Seriously, if you're in the mood for a delicious quality burrito, GO HERE.
