Since this is on 4th of July my theory is they purchased cheaper meat due to the high demand. My guests ask where I get this meat so they will never buy from here. One of the reasons we've continued to support this business is because they normally have high standards, so this experience was unexpected. We hope this was just a one-time mistake and that they go back to the quality that made us loyal customers in the first place.
