If you need to.. wax the cat.. look no further. Carol is your girl!! She keeps her work space super sanitary. Never reuses gloves or wood applicators. She's got sterile technique down (trust me I'm a nurse). The wax she uses doesn't have any scent and it gets such a smooth finish. Carol is really detailed oriented and tries to get every last strand of hair and even ingrowns. She's honestly the queen and I wouldn't trust anyone else to get the job done like she does. Carol has such amazing people skills too, she remembers our conversations from months ago and we pick up right where we leave off. It's such a skill to be able to distract clients to reduce their pain. Waxes I've gotten here last longer than most other places because Carol really takes her time to make sure you're smoother than a baby bum when you leave. She even has a deal if you pre-pay for 3 sessions in advance (she even takes venmo) With the pandemic she's extra on top of sanitizing down to the chair where you put your clothes down..she covers that with exam paper. Another plus is she has appointment slots past normal working hours which is so rare and convenient for those of us who still have to work our 9-5's.
