I get excellent quality care, and my overall experience in customer service is always on par. Sometimes everyone does get behind on schedule, and the wait times vary, so give yourself ample time when you are in this office. The parking can be crazy, but you'll find better parking during lunchtime. My best bet, schedule your appointments for this particular building, 12:00-1:00pm. That's my tip for this review. Most recently, after an ER visit, I was specifically instructed to follow up with my primary care physician within two days. When I called Dr. Dilikar's office, I was told the earliest available appointment with her was nearly two months away and was once again offered a nurse practitioner instead. I now have to find a new primary care doctor within two days just to receive the follow-up care the ER recommended. Patients choose a primary care physician expecting access to that physician. If seeing Dr. Dilikar is practically impossible, listing her as a primary care provider feels misleading.

Dr. Csuka is the Doctor's doctor. My husband and I signed on with him immediately. Although my husband is healthy, we are aging and he wanted the security of knowing Dr. Csuka would always be there for us. I am able to contact him, by text, E-mail, thru his Portal and by phone. He responds immediately, and if busy sends a text saying he will respond soon. He is meticulous, kind, & attentive. When we visit, he makes me feel like I am his only patient. If I need a Rx re-fill, it is processed immediately, and a note is sent that it has been done. One less thing to worry about. I have a rare and painful condition due to spine issues.
