Do not get your car serviced here!! No one is on the same page, it took 18 days to get a fuel pump replaced and the price was more than what was quoted to me. I have been get and oil change and tire rotation at this dealership for two years now and never had a problem until now. I called early November to make an appointment to get my fuel pump replaced, the person I spoke to quoted me hundreds of dollars below the actual price of the service and part when I booked the appointment (I didn't find out I was given the wrong quote until a week after dropping off the car). When I made the appointment I specifically requested that they didn't do a diagnostic because I've had that service done 3 times and other dealerships could not replicate. I showed up to drop my car off 11/11 and the part was not ordered for the service I scheduled the appointment for. I reiterated to JJ one of the service advisors that I did not want the car to be diagnosed. He insisting that this is a different dealership and was asking me to "trust him" saying that he would handle it. I left my car and called three times over a week JJ kept saying that the car is still being looked at and always said that he would call back and never did. I called the dealership asking for a service manager but he just stepped out and Chris, a different service advisor, asked if there was anything he can help with. Chris took over as my service advisor. He ordered the part and made sure that the service was completed before I went on vacation. He even gave me a "discounted price because I was quoted wrong." When I got to the dealership to pick up my car 11/29. The physical key to my car was missing from the fob. I told Chris that when I dropped off the car it had the key in it. He quickly said "no it didn't and if I wanted to buy a new key the parts department can help me." I walked outside and thought about how I knew I dropped my car off with the key and fob so I went back inside and asked for the service manager. The service manager had a new key cut for me right away. I left the store and got in my car and saw the key that I did drop off with my car in the cupholder. I went back inside and let Chris know that I did in fact drop off the key and fob with my car and to return the key they just cut. Chris said nothing to me until I was waiting for the manager to get off the phone. Chris said I could kept the key because it couldn't be recut. I will never bring my car back here. These employees will make sure you leave with a higher bill, everything about this place is very sketchy. Do waste your time here. read more

Made a purchase for a car for my son and only had the car for two months and it needed an engine and the extended warranty covered nothing! Sad that they were just like "oh well"! Brutally incompetent service center. Requested parts order for recalls in March of this year, and was told they would be ordered, and I would be notified when they arrived. NEVER got a call back because the parts were never ordered. Also got a diagnostic on that vehicle for other repairs. Told them I would bring it in when the recall parts arrived so that it could all be done at once. NEVER got a call.. Followed up to remind them about these parts and this repair, and I get this: "I was recently informed of your request for warranty recall repairs (along with other repairs) on your 2017 RAM Promaster 2500. Unfortunately, those repairs need to be performed at a certified Promaster dealership as we are not. Thank you for the opportunity to assist you. If you have any further questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me." So, did they not know about their inability to provide these services when I brought my vehicle in originally? Or is it now that someone is holding them accountable for their poor communication, and service, it is just easier to not deal with it. Won't be bringing in for service, or buying any vehicles here.. I bought a used car at Carolina Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram recently and found the salesman and managers to be very friendly and easy to work with. I'm happy with the price I paid for the car, but I did have to negotiate (it's a dealership, so that's to be expected). However, they didn't pressure me to buy extra stuff I don't need and they did a thorough servicing and cleaning of the car I bought before I took it home. They have lots of different financing options, too. My only complaint is that they try to charge you a $1000 "no trade in" fee if you aren't trading in a vehicle. I did not end up paying that. The salesman I worked with was Steve Grandon, and I'd happily buy a car from him again in the future. read more

Brought my truck there due to my windshield washer not working. They diagnosed it as the windshield washer motor not working and told me it was not under warranty. After checking my warranty, which is full coverage bumper-bumper 100k miles, it was under warranty. They did not have a motor at the time. Consequently, I went and bought a washer motor from an auto parts store for $24 after Carolina Chrysler quoted me $140 for the motor. It took me only 5 minutes to install and then I discovered it was never the motor that was faulty, it was actually the spray nozzle that was the problem. To sum it up, they misdiagnosed a simple problems, tried to charge a ridiculous amount of money for the part and told me that it was not covered under the warranty when in fact it was. Just a side note: this is the 2nd time they tried to charge me for something that was under warranty. read more

Just went in for a sweepstakes they had. The sent a mailer to my home with a scratch off. The number I scratched off matched a Yeti cooler. I went in to redeem the cooler and was given $2 instead. I was told that the number that needed to match was the number printed above my address not the number under the scratch off. This is classic bait and switch since they hounded me on trading in my car once inside the dealership. If I am ever in the market for a car, I would never come here. The internet manager,Chat, lied and wasted my time. I drove 60 miles to this dealership after Chat agreed, in writing, to give me a certain price for my car. Upon arrival, and waiting 45 minutes, he then told me after doing his research he could give me 7,000 less than he offered in writing. He had all info on my vehicle , including pics, 3 days prior to me driving 60 miles, to do his research. The car was flawless and Chat admitted there was nothing wrong with the car. I brought in my car for a vibration and was told that it was due to cracked transmission and motor mounts. After waiting almost two weeks for the parts to come I was finally able to pick up the car. I immediately noticed the exact same issue upon driving off and brought it back. The technician took a test drive with me and immediately suggested balance and rotation as the issue. After coming back and waiting several hours a balance and rotation was performed. They said it was out and also that there was a bent rim however that solved the problem. So ultimately the issue I brought it in for was due to a balance and rotation not a 700$ repair that took weeks. I contacted the dealer three times expecting to at least get the courtesy of a phone call but never received one. So I would be very weary of any costly repairs especially considering the absolute lack of concern for the customer or customer service. At the very least I should have received a call to discuss the issue. read more
