We weren't aware we needed one and there was a sign posted that said walk ins welcome. He left us to wander the store on our own and didn't come over to ask if we had questions or pay us any attention at all really. We asked to take home a couple of samples. He gave us a business card. After a few days, I contacted him to set up a measurement appointment. He came out and did the measurements and said he'd get back to me the next day with a quote. I waited, but didn't receive the email he'd said he would send. A day or so later, I missed a call from him while working. I returned his call that afternoon, but got no response. I tried twice the next day with no results. I decided to wait until today while I wasn't working to try once more. I left voicemails every time I called. I left one this morning and got no response by their closing time today. I'm through trying to give them any business. There are too many other places to go where I would hope we'd be treated in a more considerate manner.

They even moved the furniture for us! (Please keep in mind we still had to prepare by removing all the small personal belongings) but they moved the heavy stuff! For my kitchen design they gave me 2 cabinets and a bunch of dead space. One cabinet is the sink cabinet 30 inches and the other cabinet had one drawer and then underneath part for storage. So basically one functional bottom cabinet for the entire kitchen with one drawer. You need more than one drawer for a kitchen to have the most function. The employee berated me saying to only let him talk so he could help. Iet him speak as he said he was going to solve my issue. He only scolded me for calling out the cabinet person who did they layout. Go to the other cabinet company in myrtle beach. They wont berate you and will spend more time on your layout and design in the kitchen for functionality
