Me and my family decided to give this place one more try. We have been there three times now and every time it has been rough. I ordered buffalo chicken wrap and veggies my wife ordered a steak. My husband's mom (my MIL) has been wanting to try this restaurant for a while. The night we went it wasn't crowded at all and we were seated right away. Ambiance is nice... lighting and seating was comfortable. The service was great! Our server was friendly and attentive. We had wine and beer... both were good (house wine). Food was very good! The waitress was very nice, but the wait times are not at all worth the food. We had a party of 12 for a birthday and while the food all came out at the same time, it took almost an hour for the appetizer to arrive and another 30 minutes from that for the rest of the food to arrive. It is expensive and the food is mediocre at best. I ordered a filet mignon cooked medium and I got a well done steak that looked and tasted like a sirloin. Also annoying that it took so long because most of our food was cold. Unfortunately the birthday person's plate was also adorned with a hair from one of the cooks. They did not offer to remove the meal from the bill, we had to ask for it to be removed. Just a pretty disappointing experience for extremely overpriced food. We won't be back. We, as well as another group of customers, waited for over an hour for food. I'm not sure what the problem was today 2/10/26. I asked to speak with the manager upon leaving and was told there was not one at the restaurant. The server was sad, she waited 15 minutes to come back and tell me they were out of the entre I ordered. Another party of three were seated after us, got their food, paid and left, and we were still waiting on food. The server was extremely nervous, her inexperienced came through loud and clear. My baby devoured my blackened Alfredo pasta, a dish I love. My husband had the 18oz steak with mashed potatoes and Macc and cheese. The sweet butter bread was delicious, We asked for more. So excited to have another good restaurant in Lincolnton. We needed a good option for steak. Really love that they are open on Mondays as not much is. The service was very fast we got everything really quick after ordering. The waitress was nice and did a good job making sure we were checked on. The potato skin appetizer was excellent they had crispy edges and had good flavor. The filet was well seasoned and like cutting into butter it was so tender. Chicken Tenders were good and fries were crispy. Only thing I wouldn't recommend is the onion straws they were kind of a pile of mush. Peach Cobbler dessert had good crust. My filet was cooked appropriately but completely lacked any additional seasoning. The fries and baked potatoes were also plain, while my biggest complaint was that the salads were the pre-packaged type that you could buy from a store. Our service was fine, but the menu is far too expensive for a restaurant that lacks anything special. I would rather drive the twenty extra minutes it takes to eat at a better steakhouse. read more

Marlene was our server and did a phenomenal job caring for our needs. She was very attentive. We had salmon and steak. The steak was Pittsburghed and cooked to perfection. Salmon was excellent and juicy. Rolls were delicious and managers were on hand to welcome you. A little pricey but you get what you pay for. We will definitely return. Nice environment. My wife and I both are foodies. We have traveled the world and all around the country in search of fantastic foods and service. We happened upon this place after a show and to celebrate my sister in law's birthday. It was our first time there and I don't know, when we first sat down, it was touch and go, as we apparently were seated in an area that did not have wait staff. We actually had to flag down a waitress, and I must say, I am glad we did. Francis was absolutely marvelous. She made us feel like a part of her family and made sure that everything was perfect. She made some fantastic suggestions and was so very warm and friendly. She is a keeper. I had the new york strip done medium, and it was fantastic. My wife had the mahi mahi special and as I am not a fish person I tasted hers and it was absolutely delicious. My sister in law had the rib tips, and she said they were very very good. We came to understand that this is a relatively new place and I hate to give it such high marks because i'm sure it will be busy next time we visit. The atmosphere, the service, the food made for this an absolutely wonderful experience, especially after such a great show that we saw in town. Between us we got 2 steaks which were cooked perfectly and if you add the cowboy seasoning be ready for an experience because it was so good. The fried shrimp was incredible!! The kids menu was great as well, the pricing was better than any other restaurant we've ever been to. Each kids item is under 6$ for an entire meal. The staff were very kind and helpful. Our waitress did an amazing job of keeping up with whatever we needed. The manager even came by to check on us to insure everything was as it should be. Steaks were cooked perfectly and were tender & juicy, salad dressing is perfect, veggies, especially squash, would do better grilled instead of steamed since they hold a lot of water and some seasoning needed, Our server, Mrs. Hull was very attentive and a pleasure dealing with, as well as the other attendants that were helping each other to be sure we, as well as other patrons, were satisfied. 4 stars for the atmosphere is only because the acoustics aren't the best, and it's kind of loud in the dining room, making it difficult to have a conversation.
