Troy was personable and professional, and I felt like I was talking with someone who wasn't just trying to sell me something. I didn't feel like I was being gouged on the price, and I think we both came to an agreement that both sides were happy about. I've never had a pleasant experience in a dealership before; every other time I've felt pushed or guilted into making a purchase. My wife and I both agreed it was the most positive experience we had had at a dealership. Thinking it was a oil change issue as they claimed "oh it was in great shape we even replaced parts and put new tires on it before the sale" we put it off for two days. It never stopped blowing smoke and we had check engine lights including the oil symbol blaring on the dash. It used a quart of oil on before the second day was over. What made the experience worse was the complete lack of seriousness regarding possible safety and water intrusion concerns. Customers bring vehicles to a dealership expecting trained professionals, accurate diagnostics, and respectful communication -- not sarcastic comments and assumptions without inspection. I would imagine a dealership has high-quality USB cables when testing their automobiles and this would be a standard part of the diagnostic procedure. It was sure it was open and let me know that by constantly flashing an annoying icon on my dash. The interior lights seemed to never turn off and it was unable to lock from the inside. Ugh. Making the appointment was easy. I dropped it off and they determined what was needed. I was informed of the cost and the time frame; the part was to be delivered a week later. We waited for a call to let us know when the part was there but after almost two weeks without a call--made it ourself to inquire. It indeed had arrived. The car was ready that day! Easy peasy. (And quite expensive. We were quoted two different prices during this experience. Initially over the phone what we now know to be the price of the part itself. And then again over the phone, after checking out my vehicle, the part with labor with tax. Eek.) The staff was pleasant and location was super convenient.
