Guillermo Corsa even stated on his form and I quote "Remaining useful life THIRTY years". See attached form. All our neighbors had new roofs with other companies during the same time frame. All our homes are roughly the same age. When there were high winds in our area, only our roof lost shingles which were not durable and had premature wearing. In addition we also lost some synthetic felt underlayment. The neighbors were in Awe that our roof had issues and their roofs had absolutely no damage. Guillermo stated he had asphalt shingles and felt, left over from others jols. How old were the shingles and felt when applied? The installation and workmanship was not of good quality. We do not recommend this company due to their lack of quality work and the company will not stand Behind their product or labor.

That was one of our main concerns. Corsa Construction Inc really fulfilled our check list. We met with the owner of the company and he really answered our questions and listened to our concerns. We spoke about the scope of our projects and we spoke about the types of materials that were needed for the job and we knew that we were on the same page. He was very easy to talk to very polite and attentive which is very important because if we couldn't talk to him during our first meeting we would never have moved forward.
