Shahram at AAA was quick to reply with a very reasonable quote and told me I could bring in the rug whenever I found time. Upon arrival, Shahram was welcoming and helped me try different options in where to cut the rug so it would look best. Once I decided on where to cut, I was told it would be about 10 days until it was finished. I was pleasantly surprised when I got an email saying it was ready 5 days later! The rug is beautiful. When I told him I had a friend who loved the rug so much she wanted it, he made a little rug out of the leftovers--so sweet! I would definitely use their services again and bring the rug to AAA for cleaning in the future.
