Ohh my gosh, the house smells so clean and fresh! And no more pet stains! We have 2 elderly, indoor cats with kidney issues, Gracie and Charlotte, so they really create some carpet problems. Because they are senior citizen kitties, they have some real senior kitty moments, in regards to making it directly into their litter box. Ug! So obviously, we're going to need Chelly more often. Any issues that arised, they addressed with me immediately. They explained what would or wouldnt come out. They also explained areas they couldn't work over completely (it would damage the material).
