I have contacted them about the warranty and company failed to respond even after a certified letter. We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. I'm looking forward to The Flooring Company LLC to post the final images and videos of their flooring at my property--which would be downright embarrassing for their company. Not so easy as everything I selected was the same-not available. Why would you even have discontinued samples on your display? They don't have much choice to begin with so it just got worse. The one I ended up ordering took forever and then when it was delivered it was totally matted and the installer said it would never look any better and suggested I not accept. So it got returned. I ended up spending a lot of my own time researching options with the manufacturer to find SOMETHING we could use. Finally found one and they said it was more expensive. (Sure it was ) I paid the extra and got it installed. It was supposed to be one of those great pet and kid proof wears-like-iron types. Nope. Had it cleaned (I'm really picky about floors being clean) and it would not clean at all. They were here forever and could not get it clean. Had a friend who is in the business come take a look and they said to remove it-the fibers were crap and would never look how they should. So over $2000 on a small bedroom later, we're pulling the crap up and putting in hardwood. I hate to say it but I regret ever going in that store
