I was a little hesitant to try a company without a personal recommendation. There was no reason to worry. What a great company. They answered the phone and scheduled an appointment immediately. I had setup an appointment for a different carpet cleaning service to clean the carpets at my townhouse but when they showed up they tried to charge more than triple what they originally quoted me... I got my Lshaped long ottoman corduroy couch and I can't say enough good things about them! They were upfront on costs and didn't try to crazy up sell me like everyone I've used before! They we're polite, clean did an amazing job on my couch. They also did a free check on my bathroom and kitchen floors that my dog had had an accident and he was honest and said there was no long-standing damage so steaming the floors was unnecessary. First, they full cleaned my carpet. Every stain was removed. Secondly, they did a thorough cleaning of our A/C ducts. Team Members we're so professional when then came laid carpet to bring in equipment put corner protectors on my edges of my living room. They wore gloves and and booties on their shoes. I can't say enough about the owner Kenny. I called to have upholstery cleaning for a sectional sofa that had many stains from my toddlers spilling. He was very knowledgable on different fabrics and was able to explain the cleaning process in detail. I was able to get an appointment scheduled for the next day, but had to cancel last minute and he was able to reschedule for the following day. Like everyone staying home, starting projects to keep busy and clean house is a lot. We decided to have our carpets cleaned but could not find any steam cleaners! Then we found these guys... a mom and pop shop helping us during these crazy times. They are AMAZING! They took our carpets and had them sanitized and cleaned it in a couple days! They were extremely dusty and full of dog hair... came back transformed! They then moved all our furniture and sanitized and cleaned our wooden floors. Being stuck at home the cleaning does not seem as overwhelming, and honestly the household feels way more clean with peace of mind that everything is sanitized. Just had our rental's carpet and tile/wood flooring cleaned yesterday! I just called yesterday morning to get a quote and the owner, Kenny called me back within the hour after he was shown pics of the place! He sent his technician out to see how much work it would need so there were no surprises and gave me a quote and it was very reasonable considering the work that was required to strip the wax that ruined the floor and collected stains and dirt. The Carpet Savers guys, Jay and Alex really did save our carpet. We put in this carpet after the earthquake in 1995. Over the years it has accumulated all kinds of stains, wine, green tea, dirty paw prints and more. Last weekend one of our doggie guests decided the carpet would be a fun place to go potty in the middle of the night. No matter how much I cleaned, I couldn't get the smell out. Carpet Savers to the rescue! We found them on Yelp. They had tons of great reviews. They were able to fit us in the day after we called. It was important that the cleaning products they used were safe for pets. The person on the phone assured me they were and even gave me the name of the product to look up online.
