We were told by the contractor that is going to fix it that they would never suggest black grout in a shower or the type of grout Mark used.We have to have the tile redone and when we asked him for a refund to fix it he didn't respond. we were encouraged by the contractor fixing his mess to request the refund.

I disputed this directly with the company on March 19th, the day of the installation, and did not receive a follow-up. I had to reach back out on March 31st to continue addressing the issue. At that point, they asked for photos, despite my earlier explanation that photos would not prove anything because of the nature of the work. Today, they responded by saying the pictures were "not proof" and agreed to issue a refund, but only after I pushed the issue. At that point, it's no longer just about the money. It's about integrity, poor internal communication, and how a legitimate customer concerns are handled by this business.
