Installed wrong material in property, This company and their subcontractors can't be trusted on property without supervision. You don't uncover customers furniture and belongings because you want to bring in a Cleaning Service to clean the property and damage other peoples property. When you go into someone's home you respect what's there. You can go home and disrespect your property but not others. They WALKED OFF JOB in June, which was Matt T decision and abandoned the job. Matt T continues to lowball the refund amount and will not refund the full amount for work that wasn't done or damaged. There is a lot of work that still needs to be done to this property and very little was done by ServiceMaster's subcontractor (Willhite Home Improvements). I would never recommend them to anyone, not after what i have seen or have experienced with this company. What they did here, they should be a shamed of themselves and they call themselves professionals!

They received payment in full from said insurance and never bothered to contact me to do the actual work. When I reached out to them they blamed it on me saying I hadn't signed a work release form. Which I had weeks earlier, even my insurance had a copy. They tried to tell my insurance that I hadn't signed the form which is why the delay. Wrong! Then they lied and told me that they had not received payment from the insurance. I had documents showing they had been. Then the guy I spoke to after a lot of phone tag asked me if I had another company lined up to do the work. No, you have been paid. Again he denied it. At that i was done and told them no thank you, I'll find someone else. Fast forward to 2 months later and I receive a bill for $435. I reached out again asking what the bill was for. Their response is for a tarp. $435 for a blue tarp i can get at Menards for less than $50. Not to mention the tarp they placed on the roof to stop a leak did not stop the leak. This company is garbage! Save yourself the headache and stress and find another company. Anyone would be better. These guys are lowest of low.....

Provided great estimate summary and documentation. He was patient with us having some starts and stops in making the decision over a six-month period. Then, when we were ready, he brought out the shingle samples to hold up to the house. We pulled the trigger, he put us on the schedule and bang it was done when he said it would be done. They took off old shingles in one day, then shingled it with architecture grade the next day. Then, gutters on day three and we were done. We have a TRANSFERABLE lifetime materials warrenty with 25 years on parts and labor. So guess what? We ain't worried about the roof. Two other companies either never responded or didn't show up for scheduled estimate and wasted my time. If you're done wasting your time and fighting crappy contractors, call Kris and see how good it can get. Oh. And my wife loves it and is happy. Total win!
