Don't ever come to this location. They will screw you over just to try and make a sale. Went in to…read morepick up a battery that was bought online. Guy said he'd install it since they offer the service for free. Before the new battery the battery was dying on us and was supposed to be replaced long ago. The new one would not start unless he jumped it. Tried to start it again with just the battery, still wouldn't start. We went back in to receive a core refund for our old one. Went back out and we got a jump to go home. Mid backing up the car completely turned off on us. Came back out and gave us a jump. Hooked up the machine and told us we'd need a new alternator. He tried to sell us one inside but I told him our mechanic replaced the part not even 6 months ago and it was under warranty. He asked if I trusted my mechanic and I said yes. We left. He told us we'd have to drive back through small streets with our headlights off since the lights drain the battery so much. We drove it home and it was already dark. Had my mechanic come out and he said someone tampered with the alternator and he showed me, it looked like it had been smashed in and some pieces had been broken off. You could also see greasy fingerprints all around it. He then showed me that the battery was not even properly connected. Said he wouldn't be surprised if the battery gave out a few months later from being put in improperly and driving it that way. He fixed the battery connection and replaced the alternator that was still under warranty for no charge. Never trusting another O'Reillys again. Shady people.

Sold me a rear differential assembly and sent a corroded, worn out rear end. The pinion has side play and the ring and pinion have .020in end play. Completely useless part... And now I'm stuck with a part, that cost me 1050.00 and they won't refund my money. Complete scam! It's too bad we have to filter through these dishonest companies today...the job is hard enough..

DO NOT BUY FROM "Quality (?)" Auto Parts! Quality Auto Parts…read more(QAP) sold me a defective part (4WD Transfer Case - $945) which was installed by my mechanic (there was no way for the mechanic to test the part prior to installation). The part was defective - locked up. QAP did provide a replacement - however, my mechanic had to uninstall the bad transfer case, and then install the replacement part. Thus, I was in effect "double charged" for labor for installing a transfer case. QAP has refused to make good (or offer any compensation) for the excess labor charges (over $1,800.00) caused by their initially providing a defective part. Also, the elapsed time between receiving the defective part by my mechanic and receipt of the replacement was some 24 days - leaving me without use of the vehicle for this extended period of time. As a show of good faith, I am not requesting compensation for loss of use of the vehicle for this extended time. QAP has refused to offer ANY compensation for the extra labor charges, despite the fact that their website states that their parts "undergo rigorous quality testing before being dispatched", and they have admitted that the defective part "did not meet our usual standards". They have refused to make good on my excess and unexpected charges.

That said, they are overwhelmed with business to the point that I had concerns about their customer service and attention to detail. I dropped of my jeep nearly 3 months ago with a list of repairs, and it took nearly a month to get a response and quote for the work. Another several weeks to get the work done. I made the mistake of asking about one more minor repair as an afterthought - which set us back another month to find the part, etc. Had I known the cost associated, I would have declined to have it done in the first place. When I finally got the jeep home, I noticed the spare was on - no mention of this when I picked it up. I am very laid back but this experience didn't sit well with me, so I called the manager and spoke with him about it. He offered an explanation but no remedy. In short: they are too busy these days to take care of repeat customers and proactively offer solutions, so I will take my business elsewhere next time.

I would recommend going elsewhere. Like anywhere else. Took my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to Just…read moreJeeps for what they thought was a battery needing replacement. Great. Ended up replacing my battery and starter. When the engine still wouldn't start they thought I need A WHOLE NEW ENGINE. I took my business elsewhere after getting a fishy feeling from these guys. The next mechanic let me know Just Jeeps never reattached the new starter wires, hence the car not starting. When I asked Just Jeeps why they were convinced I needed a whole new engine & why my starter wasn't connected, they suggested the tow truck driver unplugged my starter???? They also swore up and down my engine was completely ruined and told me I was "clearly confused and should watch a YouTube video on engines". I took it to a 3rd mechanic for an additional opinion and they were astounded by my experience and the way the team at Just Jeeps talked to me. This place did extensive testing and found my engine to be completely fine. They also said I wasn't the first person they heard wild Just Jeeps stories from. I wouldn't be writing this review if 1) I didn't sincerely think Just Jeeps tried to take advantage of me and 2) they didn't talk to me as if I was stupid for asking basic questions on extensive (and misleading) service recommendations. It's been over a year and my engine is still running fine. (FYI if you're looking for a place to go, I highly recommend Buddha's Garage.)
