He called us back promptly within the hour. But my husband couldn't understand him over the phone, so I took the call. He said everything looked good except there was only one quart of transmission fluid. Because I know next to nothing about cars I agreed to him "changing the transmission fluid" for $120. When I relayed this to my husband he said "there is no way that van could shift gears on one quart of transmission fluid, I just changed the fluid six months ago and checked it last week, its fine". So I called back but couldn't communicate to him that we wanted him to do nothing. So by the time we got there he had already drained the fluid out and we were required to pay for him to install new fluid. My husband is entirely confident he drained the fluid just to have something to charge us for. Then came time for payment. With no warning: Cash only. Well, who carries $120 in cash? So he called some sort of service and took my card payment over the phone, which seemed to be a legitimate exchange but who knows. And so we left with a still wobbly car having wasted several hours and given $120 to a swindler. Never to return again.

Even tho I dont know much about cars, he insisted that in inspect the worn out part so that I knew exactly what he had replaced on the car. I found him to be very honest and wanted to know exactly what he had done on my car.... I highly recommend his services.

He said it was the catalyst converter. Later at home notice the oil filter was the same one I had installed. Check the oil and it was very dirty. Took car to another shop and found out the timing chain was not replaced. They said nothing was done to the car. Wasted money with this shade tree mechanic. They never answer the phone or return messages. That should have been the first sign that he was not professional. Would not return my money for doing nothing to my car.

Phil is the best - both earnest and extremely helpful in finding the car that worked best for me. Any time I pop in for maintenance, he always pop in & make sure I'm taken well care of. Andy and the service team are top notch, I feel like I'm at Cheers where they know my name. Andy recognizes me when I walk in and is both extremely organized and communicative. I enjoy their stunning and calming waiting room, I sometimes prefer to use that over their concierge option. Any service they make includes a video summary that is concise and informative. I'm going with Genesis exclusively from here, especially with this location.

I was very happy with the purchase of my G70 from the original Round Rock location and up until the…read moremost recent interaction, then scheduling regular service things had been as expected, but this latest interaction is completely unacceptable. After a regularly scheduled service and state inspection, I discovered my windshield fluid was not working. Only a small amount was on the drivers side and none on the passenger side. I opened the hood to discover it was spraying on the engine compartment. I want online on 2 August and the only appointment was for 19 August, which I scheduled, but in all the notes and asked to be contacted to confirm I could stay with the vehicle during service. I was never contacted, so I called and left a voice mail multiple times. Finally the day before my appointment a women called to tell me it would take a week and a half to diagnose the problem. A week and a half? I could have dropped the car off on 2 August and allowed them the time, but the day before? This is not acceptable for a luxury brand, especially when I had notes to contact me in the scheduled service. Either read the notes or do not bother to have online scheduling. Combine this with the difficulty in trying to get into other Genesis dealers across the country when items pop up or trying to get service and I am totally disheartened by my experience. I am SO very lucky I didn't spend the $82k I was planning on spending on the new G80. Or maybe that is the price point where the service improves, even after the 3 year mark? Not sure, but this experience has not sat well, especially since nobody from the dealership has followed up since this incident. Not the Service Manager that I left a voicemail with or Ty my original salesman who I bought the car from and would have bought my G80 from as well.

Waiting for parts they said. We received an email saying they got the parts, yay, right! So we wait a few days, never hear anything so we call Nyle Maxwell and suddenly nobody knows what's going on with our car. I'm not sure how many days Nyle Maxwell was going to let pass before they informed us that when they started our car, which was running fine when they got it, the engine seized. Immediately it becomes a finger-pointing match between the insurance and Nyle Maxwell about who's liable. I'm sitting here like, certainly we're not; the car was running fine when Nyle Maxwell received it and we haven't even seen it in 6 months. Well, as soon as it becomes clear the insurance isn't going to cover it, Nyle Maxwell begins to try and find ways to blame us for it! Like, dude, you obviously broke our car! The least you should expect when you take your car to a service center is that you get it back, at a minimum, the same way you gave it. Probably supposed to be an improved vehicle. Not a car that somehow needs a new engine when it was taken to a body shop! The people at Nyle Maxwell Collision Center have no accountability or ethics. Do not let them touch your car. And don't let Scott try and scam you into paying for repairs that they are clearly liable for.
