Of course not because unless it's on the computer scree he has no other way of finding out, I've been working on my own cars for years now and have never encountered such ignorance. The manager, Victor came along and asked me for the same information and I informed him that I was not in the system. He got very aggressive, telling me that he was the store manager and it was his way or the highway! I was not thrilled with the treatment and decided to take my business else where. Victor then told me to get the f----k out of his store and never return. Don't worry Victor, I'll never be back. Dear Advanced Auto Parts, Victor your store manager should never be in a customer facing role. You need a new manager for your new store. Auto Zone gladly sold me the correct replacement bulb!

Dropped my vehicle off for warranty work, tire change and alignment. 2 days after dropping my vehicle off for the SCHEDULED appointment they called and told me to pick up my vehicle because they do not have time to work on my vehicle for any of the SCHEDULED work. You can purchase an $80,000 vehicle from them and have your vehicle serviced there but they don't have time for SCHEDULED work. They are too busy maintaining their fleet vehicles to care about all their other paying customers jobs. The service manager, Mark Soupik, had nothing to offer other than they are "sorry they are too busy to maintain my vehicle". My vehicle is amazing and I plan on keeping this vehicle long term and will be happy to switch ford dealerships to never have to deal with Ray Price Ford Mount Pocono ever again! Buyer beware!!
