I was able to communicate with the customer service rep over Facebook messenger and they answered all my questions promptly and satisfactory to my needs. I was able to get an appointment very soon within my availability. The first time I need them to do a full diagnostic of my vehicle. As well as fixing a few present issues. They provided me with a detailed description of everything I needed to get done and in order of priority. They provided cost for parts and labor. The customer service rep went over all of it with me, allowing me to gain trust in thier knowledge and experience. Because I was a happy customer the first time. I decided to come back.
