I'd used this business before, and knew the owner had retired - Now turning it over to this younger group. Same vibe, same super reasonable cost, excellent customer interface. Brilliantly, she offered they don't automatically replace the rotors -which is a wonderful high profit job for the usual shops, but often not necessary. That was beyond refreshing. This business is a keeper. It's a low overhead shop, so no glitzy outer building and signage, or waiting room (they do have a small spot, complete with a happy dog.)
