I can came across Vex Motorsport where Jesse had been super responsive and too much surprise he's now located in Fremont which is where I live! Work: stretched tires install on a E93 M3. Location: Fremont shop. It's at a corner of the complex where side parking spots are available. Caution: there's a blind spot at the corner with no corner mirror and car would just drive through at decent speed assuming no one is there. So don't stand at the middle of the road and be careful. Quality 5: Great work and sent me pictures to reassure the work they'd done Cost 5: very reasonable. Provided many options that tailored to my need. Willing to take tires that I bought elsewhere and charge labor only. Customer experience 5: Will give a 6 if not a 7 if I can! Super friendly and easy to work with. I went to a different mechanic before I went to this place they quoted me 5-6k to replace the engine . But talked to John and he gave me a used engine with 50k miles for 1500$ which was a great deal and labor only cost me 1k so total 2500$ to replace the whole engine . The car is runner better than before . I definitely recommend this shop without a doubt. And they have 90 days warranty so that gave me a piece of mind knowing they got my back if something go wrong

The staff member who answered my call said they had chains available and when I came to the store, he had everything pulled up for me on the computer and went over my options. I was already in a rush so it was nice that transaction went so quickly and I was super grateful for the staff member helping me out (I think his name was Michael but I honestly don't remember). I'll definitely come back for future car needs.
