The highlight of the visit was the host, Empress, who was truly outstanding. She greeted me warmly, seated me right away, and offered water along with warm bread served with olive paste and olive oil. The olive paste was a bit salty for my taste, but the gesture and the warmth she brought to the experience set a great tone for the meal. I ordered the Filet and Shrimp Pasta Toscana, which was really good. Fettuccine with spinach and mushrooms tossed in a roasted garlic cream sauce, topped with sliced filet and wood-grilled shrimp. The pasta was rich and satisfying and the filet was cooked well. I also had the tomato soup, which was decent but nothing that stood out. My waitress Bri was handling both the bar and the tables, so service was minimal. She brought the food and the check but was not very attentive throughout the meal, which was noticeable. It was so quiet in there! I was glad we went when the doors opened. It was two ole biddies talking sooo loud-I was annoyed. The lentils soup was so heavenly. Talk about good! Yesss and the weather is perfect for it. Hot too. My food was wrong. Full of bacon-the request was zero bacon. But it looked so good. Unfortunately I couldn't eat it. The second order was bland. I felt like i was on a some kind of hospital diet* (had to take it home-maybe I can season it there and make it taste better-it had zero flavor) ugghhh money wasted... My buddies food was a hit. At Chuck E Cheese for my Great Niece 2nd Birthday, had fun! Not a fan of the food! My two nephews and my Mom decided to eat dinner here after the party! The service was Exceptional and the Ambiance was chill, very crowded for a Sunday! We ordered Mezzaluna pasta with Chicken noodle soup, Eggplant Parmesan with Italian Sausage soup with lentils, Shrimp and Scallop Linguine with side salad and Grilled Trout with mashed potatoes and French fries! Went in around 3:30 was greeted well but as amazing as all the food was, and I do mean every bite nothing was better than the service we received from our server Allen. I feel like he held the best experience together with every word, and deed extremely attentive, and up sold us, but it felt great! The restaurant is very nice warm comfortable and easy-going. So I typically order my food for pickup or use DoorDash, and their meals are always delicious. While I was in the area with my sister and nephew, we decided to do a spontaneous lunch/early dinner here. Because I just KNEW their service would match their quality of food. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very pleasant and funny host Leslie. She took us to our table and said our server would be with us. I will frame that we were all very hungry, so ten minutes waiting seemed like an hour! It wasn't too busy so we were unsure of what the wait was. Not even water was brought to us in that time. Thank goodness for Ari and her keen eye. Because when we saw another table that came well AFTER us but were immediately greeted by a server.... Let's just say if it wasn't for Ari, I would need to find a new Italian restaurant when I was craving takeout. She apologized for the wait and made sure to get our orders and won't selection in. Once Ari came to our table, she truly turned our dining experience around. Like I said, the food is always well made and seasoned when I order online. We both had a glass of Riesling to drink with our meals. My nephew had the kids penne and cheese , my sister had the Rigatoni Martino Chicken and I had the Rigatoni Campagnolo. Towards the end of the meal, my sister spoke with the manager Juan to let him know how much we appreciated Ari. March Wine Dinner review: This was our first time experiencing the wine dinner that's 2x a month. Each theme is different but we got a winner for International Women's Month. There were 5 courses and wines paired with each meal. We started a little late but once we did the first toast, it was on! Delicious food in each course, a mix of sparkling, white and red wines. By the 4th course I was full! I had to sample the dessert though. We also ordered an entree to go for $10. The group we sat with (table of 10) was a friendly bunch and some who'd been doing wine dinners for years. Service was a bit hectic but they were extremely hospitable to replace dishes, extra wine pours and ordering off the menu. Payment is at the table with a handheld device to make things easy. There's also a raffle for wine glasses and a free wine dinner to come back! Guess who won? We'll be back! Highly recommend for date night, GNO or even singles looking to meet new people. Yesterday. March 7, 2026. It was pouring rain. I'm 81 yrs old. A friend got me an umbrella. However at the door a wonderful young man with very curly black hair offered to bring my car to me. And then out my bring home in the car too. Also a lovely lady with a child walked me under her umbrella to the car. The world really does have wonderful people in it. Last night, we found ourselves at the Atlanta Airport (ATL) with hours to kill due to even more flight delays. So my wife and I looked around for a decent place to eat that had a full bar as well. Thankfully we looked down a hallway off the main area of Concourse C and found a Carrabbas. Now, we're figuring that this was going to be typical airport food especially 30 minutes before closing but were totally amazed at the quality of the food and especially the service. Our server was Kiana Stevenson and she took excellent care of us. She was always attentive and very sweet. She paid attention to my wife's allergy and made sure that the food came out with only the correct ingredients. Speaking of the food, we were blown away by how great the food was. The calamari was excellent: lightly breaded, crispy, and a generous amount of the 2 types. We both had the sirloin medium rare and it came out perfect (and a very nice cut as well). The side had the ingredient that my wife is allergic to but Kiana made sure (and thanks for the cooks as well) that it wasn't there. We also had their Old Fashioneds and they were very well poured (better than many bars that I've been in). After having trekked through multiple airports and having been delayed for hours, finding this place was a trip-saver! Intro - Before recently, I'd only dined at a Carrabas restaurant once that I can recall. Not for nothing but largely because it was never a restaurant that stood out as a place to visit. That all changed about 4 months ago, when I was introduced to their monthly wine dinners (requires prior reservations online). Full Disclosure - This review is solely based on these dinners and the food/service, etc, contained therein. Ambiance/Vibe - An area of the restaurant is dedicated for these dinners, at this location, right in the center of the restaurant complete with table settings/decor that slightly elevates the regular dining experience at Carrabas. With the exception that the seats could be a little better spaced, I give it 5 stars. Service - There are dedicated servers and a host (I guess is the best way to describe her). Stephanie, the host, is awesome. She takes you through the menu, explaining the food and wine pairings as you go along. Very personable! Food - Two words: Chef's Kiss! The menu is different for every meal, crafted specifically to go with the selected wine pairings. It includes 3 - 5 courses, generally 4, though usually including an appetizer, salad, entrée and dessert. If you have any allergies, i.e., shellfish, you are able to substitute certain courses - just notify them ahead of time (when booking). The meals are pre-selected, and you are able to see the menu before you book your reservation. Drinks - The wines are pre-selected to pair with the courses being served. You get a pour that is more than a taste but less than a glass. Based on how many attendees there are, you are able to get refills as supplies allow. Final Verdict - 5/5. Lord Wellington Approved! At an average price of $55/person (price changes depending on the dinner), this is a great experience for friends, dates, or even to celebrate an event (bday, promotion, surving another month of extremely hot Atlanta temperatures!). There is often a raffle where you can win items, and you have the option to do a take-home dinner from the regular menu for only $10!! Highly suggest you treat yourself and partake in at least one of these dinners. But I have a feeling that once you go, you'll be back for more! I ordered from Carrabba's yesterday because I am always pleased with my order. Yesterday I was not at akl pleased. Fist the driver seemed inable to find this massice hotel, I watched him drive aimlessly for some time! I tried to call him but git no answer, eventually the tracking disappeared so I went downstairs and found my order sitting on a side counter. I was not surprised to discover the food was cold! I was surprised at how cold it was even though I waited over an hour for delivery from the time the order was placed. With no way to heat it I was really ammoyed but not as annoyed as what I found in the bag! I was concerned when I first lifted the bag because it was extremely light in weight, I was shocked by what was in it, or should I say was Not in it. There was the equivalent of an icecream scoop of Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and the Soaghetti and the 1 very small meatball did not even cover the nottom of the comtainer, it was dry my guess I got the scraping from the bottom of the lunch pot! This is one of my favorite restaurants and yes quality of product and service had diminished a lot post pandemic but I never expected this from Carrabba's! Including all tips and fees I spent over $30 on cold, dry food that was not enough to feed a small dog! I am so disappointed in Carrabbas and Door Dash! read more

I love Carrabbas, my family and I eat here for dinner at least four to five times a month. Upon entering the restaurant I was greeted and asked where I would like to sit. I was dining alone for dinner so I decided to sit in the bar area. I sat for 10 minutes without the bartender name Caroline acknowledging me. After asking for a waiter to serve me I overheard her tell another waiter that she was not taking anymore tables and it was not her problem because she was leaving for the day. Well 40 minutes later she was still working an in addition to that she waited on another couple who sat at the bar. When I asked her what her name was, she told me to hold on one moment, but she never returned to tell me her name. My waitress Ciara, apologized for the rude customer service and she was extremely accommodating afterwards. My food was delivered fresh and hot. Ciara and Heather returned to my table several times to make sure I had everything I needed. The ambiance was nice and not too crowded for a Saturday evening. There are three TV's in the bar area. I was extremely offended for being ignored. Not sure if I'll visit this location again. Definitely will not sit in Caroline's section if I do return. The ambiance is cozy, romantic, and special. The food is absolutely delicious whether you are dining inside or ordering take out! The staff sets the standard. They are personable, attentive, and customer service oriented. We came on a week night and it wasn't crowded. Prices are a bit more high for a week night dinner but the portions were large so I had a second meal. For $25 I got a 6 ounce steak, two massive sides, plenty of bread and a bowl of soup. I took one whole side and the soup to go. My favorite side was the Fettucini Alfredo. Carrabba's has become my favorite Italian restaurant. The service was amazing. I sat at the bar and the bartender Tatiana was amazing. She somehow was able to tend to everyone at the busy bar with great customer service and great conversation at the same time. It was amazing to watch. We definitely enjoyed our time spent during our dinner that we decided to extend the invite to family to join and enjoy the ambience. We ordered drinks which was DEFINITELY A MUST!!! I pre-tipped only for a salad to be missing. Called them and asked for a credit... would not tell me how much, nor seem to care they did not give me what I paid for. Times are hard. I tried to have a treat and was disappointed on the service. I've been known to pooh-pooh chain restaurants .... but there are some I seek out. Number 1 on my list is Carrabba's. I can't comment about anything other than what I've been ordering since I started coming here 20+ years ago. Talk about consistency! Chicken marsala, 'extra mushrooms please,' and angel hair pasta with garlic and olive oil. Blow by blow: ^^^ You'll get a basket of warm albeit nondescript bread. BUT with the dipping sauce -- add olive oil to the herbs they give you -- and you forget that the bread is nothing to write home about. ^^^ Entrees come with a choice of soup or salad (Caesar or house). Never had the soup, but salads are generously apportioned and always good. The house dressing -- I forget to ask what it is -- is just right. ^^^ I've ordered chicken marsala with an open mind in other restaurants; it always falls short. Carrabba's chicken is grilled, the sauce is delish and the extra mushrooms make the dish. Same with the angel hair. I hesitantly ask for garlic and olive oil elsewhere, and I'm inevitably disappointed. It's just to my liking at Carrabba's -- no matter which location I go to. Wonderful experience! After a long drive we dropped in to have some dinner. This was my parents first time visiting eating at Carrabba's, my mom doesn't like cheese so she was very hesitant. We were seated immediately. Our waiter, Jordan F was exceptional. He was very attentive, fun and energetic. He gave us recommendation down from the food to the drinks. He was the BEST! Made our experience that much better. Our food was phenomenal, I got the stuffed chicken ravioli, my mom got chicken Marsala, chicken soup and my dad got the grilled pork chop. My dad talked about that pork chop all night, very juicy and flavorful. The best part of our dinner was Jordan. There was plenty of parking, great selection of food items, no wait time, and there were still leftovers. I liked how with the Tuscan grilled sirloin I didn't have to choose between steak and pasta as I normally would at other restaurants: I got to add the pasta as a side and it was a good combo!
