Any occasion all around sea-food-and-eat-it goodness. Went out for a late lunch / early dinner with my colleagues. It was really crowded but the staff were great with us, providing updates on the wait. The vibe was bustling with after church families and holiday grub goers. Ordered a Swamp Thing cocktail while on stand by. When seated, the fish trio of snapper, crab and shrimp was my choice. With whipped potatoes, I was good!

I went here at the beginning of 2026 for a birthday dinner with family. Pappadeaux's is always great for a group dinner. This was my first time at this location. The service was great, she was attentive and knowledgeable of the menu providing us with great recommendations. We had a smattering of appetizers for the table. My favorite being the alligator which had a sweet Thai chili sauce on it which made it spicy and sweet. And the. For dinner I had the crawfish étouffée with dirty rice. It was really good, a bit spicy but overall really delicious. *please note that the menu changes every 3-6 months.

I'd give this location 3 stars overall. The food was good, but the wait time was the worst part of the experience. To be fair, we had a large party, so I can't completely blame the restaurant for that. The parking situation is also pretty crazy. There's basically one way in and one way out, and the lot is shared with Pappasito's Cantina, so it gets very congested when it's busy. Once we were seated, things went smoother. The service was solid, and our server did a good job managing a big table. I ordered the Crispy Salmon & Jumbo Crab with mashed potatoes, and the food came out hot and fresh. The salmon had a nice crisp on the outside and was tender inside, and the mashed potatoes were creamy and good. Overall the food was good and the experience was decent, but between the wait and the parking situation, it made the visit feel a little more hectic than expected. I'd probably come back, just maybe during a less busy time.

Worth the wait! Make sure you get a reservation. It's a loud, bustling, and efficient restaurant that serves Cajun cuisine. The blackened fish with red beans and rice was super delicious. Excellent service was attentive and friendly. And they give a wonderful 25% discount for military members with ID. Props!

Needed a nearby spot for Sunday lunch with the family and Pappadeaux came in clutch per usual. We were seated fairly promptly. Service was great. The food is always consistently delicious. While the restaurant is always busy, seating near the window gives great views and a little feel of seclusion. Good time all around.

The food here is always a hit. The service is mid at best. We last visited on May 29th. I had a reservation and we were about 40 minutes early. The hostess said it was ashy a problem and that their seat is in less than 10 minutes. We waited 20 and I headed back in to check the status. There's was a different hostess (a group of 3 younger adults). They seemed confused and couldn't find my reservation. I explained again treat we were a few minutes early and what the prior hostess said. They again told me to give them 10 minutes. At this point, we are approaching my original reservation time. During all this, ppl that didn't even have a reservation were seated before us. I went back after 10 more minutes and a third hostess was there. Yes, I had to explain the situation again and she seated us instantly. We stayed but it left a bad taste in our mouths for sure. As we looked around, there were at least ten employees standing around the front of house with nothing to do. It's not a good look after the wait and inconvenience we had. Luckily, our server was competent and the food was pretty good too.

Thank you to Tyler our waiter he was wonderful and attentive. It was our first time and he was knowledgeable about the menu and specials. Every dish that we ordered was hot, fresh and full of flavor. Definitely won't be the last time we come through, I just wish we had one where we live but it's definitely worth the drive

Birthday dinner for me and my friend. The service was amazing and we enjoyed our afternoon. I had the crispy salmon and it was so good. I had the seafood gumbo and as always I enjoyed it. The fried mozzarella sticks are too good. My friend had the seafood platter and baked potato. Love the atmosphere and wish we had a Pappadaux's in Chattanooga.

If you're planning to visit Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen, definitely make a reservation -- this place stays busy. The crowd alone lets you know it's a popular spot, and I'd highly recommend booking ahead to avoid a long wait. We came here for a date night and had such a great experience. Considering how packed it was, the service was honestly impressive. The staff stayed attentive, checked in regularly, and kept things moving smoothly despite the volume of guests. Let's talk about that Swamp Thing -- wow. It's frozen, tastes amazing, and goes down way too easy... but don't be fooled. It's stronger than it looks! Definitely a drink you'll enjoy, just pace yourself. For food, I ordered the catfish filet with shrimp and rice & beans. The catfish was perfectly fried -- crispy on the outside, flaky and flavorful on the inside -- and paired so well with the tartar sauce. The shrimp were also well-seasoned and tasted great dipped in cocktail sauce. But the real highlight for me? The rice and beans. So flavorful and absolutely delicious -- I could've eaten a whole bowl of that alone. The only downside was that our food came out more lukewarm than hot, which was a little disappointing. However, the flavors were still on point and we genuinely enjoyed the meal. Overall, I would definitely recommend -- just make that reservation first!

For starters, if you've never been to this location like I hadn't, EXPECT A CRAZY WAIT (if you don't book ahead). Overall experience was great once we were seated. The server was attentive and made sure we knew what was available or running low with the big crowd. Food came out hot and plentiful. Ambiance wise, it's Pappadeaux. Slightly noisy but not obnoxious. Dimly lit with but not dark. The A/C was on snowflake mode though which was not necessary on this particular night. If I'm not "close enough" to a different location, I would visit again (wait time being the top factor).

Food: 5/5 We decided to try a leisurely lunch. The menu is not large, but it has enough variety to be interesting. Everything we tried was delicious. The smoked salmon appetizer portion was large, but the best part was the great flavor. I can see why this choice has been on the menu for years. The Vidalia onion soup will be a surprise for the non-Georgians who expect it to be similar to a savory beef broth like French onion soup. Georgia's onions from the Vidalia area are sweet and tasty enough to carry the soup without the help of a meat broth and the green pesto sauce offers a nice additional touch. The salmon on fresh salad was done perfectly. The panka-crusted cod with mashed potatoes and spinach was outstanding. Both were seasoned so lightly that the true flavors shone through. The portions were generous enough that dessert at the time would have been too much, but others can do as we did and take home one of the dessert choices. Next time we plan to try their sandwiches which looked yummy at other tables. Service : 5/5 Service was excellent from the pleasant greeting, through the entire meal. Our server, Clayton, couldn't have been more helpful with the menu, as well as being very efficient and amiable. He made sure our food was served promptly and our beverages glasses were full, and our requests were met quickly. Facility: The facility lends itself to the riverside experience from the canoe in the entryway ceiling to the flowers and bird feeders just beyond the patio tables. The white tablecloth ambiance informs you that this isn't a fast-food experience. There are tents set aside in a more private are of the garden as a lovely venue for special events Location : This isn't a quick roadside stop next to a 6-lane highway. Even though the restaurant is convenient to dine in an Atlanta suburb, the roads to the restaurant wind and meander for a short distance through one of the prettiest neighborhoods, with a canopy of large old trees, with lovely fences, hedges, and gates lining the road. There is courteous valet parking at the front door. The restaurant is not inexpensive but it is well worth the prices paid, in our opinion.

The hostess was welcoming, and we enjoyed waiting by the lake before being seated. When our table turned out to be directly under a cold air vent, the staff happily moved us to a more comfortable spot. The onion soup wasn't what we expected based on the menu description, and my salmon arrived much rarer than anticipated. After sending it back, it was cooked perfectly, though the flavor was just okay. My husband loved his entrée, and the complimentary birthday dessert was a thoughtful touch. Despite a couple of hiccups, the beautiful atmosphere and attentive service made for an enjoyable evening. I'd definitely return and try something different next time.

Initially, I had this really good seafood restaurant in Marietta on my radar but I wanted to try something different. So, I Googled and Yelped, finding this place. Henry's Louisiana Grill. It's far, like crazy far from my home. It took a long while to get there. Like there was no McDonald's or Waffle House ANYWHERE!!  Not that I eat that stuff but you take my meaning. I got there, went to the hostess stand and was greeted warmly by two young ladies. They directed me to the bar, as I was taking it to go. Spain was playing Belgium at 3PM and I did not want to miss it  When I went over to the bar, I met this really cool Bartender Goddess named Julie. She could not have been more hospitable and cheerful. I placed my order with her and in about 15-20 minutes, my food was packed and ready to go. The time was not a problem; everything is made to order. What did I have? I ordered their hot chili gator for one and their Chef Henry's Seafood Platter. It was plenty and it was really good. As if I wasn't stuffed enough, I also had their bread pudding. There is something in the sauce, I was scraping the bowl and I never do that...LOL Moreover, the long drive was worth it.  Henry's Louisiana Grill definitely served a good birthday lunch/dinner. I enjoyed every bite and still have leftovers, even of that bowl-scraping bread pudding. Oh, Spain won, 2-1. Awesome!
