Reservation Confirmation

Update: Kudos to Shannon! Personally called with a sincere apology and genuine concern to fix the below problem. Key word here is "fix"to avoid reoccurrence. This type of customer service, in my opinion, is valuable. Thanks Shannon! Worse place to be on a special day. You're told that they don't take phone reservations however, their website for same day reservations is not only open but you can make modifications to the reservation time. They even send you a reservation confirmation. All this to be insulted by an over-obese so called manager as well as having your intelligence insulted with totally unexceptionable excuse. Wow! and a cancelled reservation at California Dreaming to come here. Ok, so finally we're seated after 1.5 hours. No mozzarella sticks, think they ran out of lasagna...

My third time coming and I tried the short rib. It was cooked to perfection falling off the bone and it was tender. The sauce on it was good as well. Definitely would order again. My server was also excellent she was very prompt. And the service was fast

I had t been to a Carrabba's in a long time but never with the whole family so it was nice as we all love Italian food. The place looked packed so we expected a wait but we were sat within 5 minutes, our server was fantastic and made us feel at home the whole night. All of the food came out looking and smelling delicious and tasted even better! Not one person had a complaint which is rare in our family especially with 3 kids. I got the Johnny trio and substituted for the steak because why not? I've never had nor heard of chicken Bryan so I wasn't sure what I should expect, but I will say whatever the goat cheese they put on it is something else. I'm not a fan of it but I ate it anyway, but that's just me so I can't knock them on something I've never eaten before. The portions are great in size for what you pay for, everyone left fat and happy so that's all you can really ask for in a good meal. The whole experience was great from the start with a fantastic staff and good selection of food.

Went one afternoon for a quiet lunch with my aunt. Ordered the pasta carbonara and I always forget how large their servings are. This pasta dish lasted for three meals (leftovers) for me. It reheated well. I like that they use fresh pasta instead of dried boxed pasta. Service was quick and our waiter was very attentive to our needs. I ordered a bar drink and the bartender brought it to the table instead of waiting for the waiter to bring it, which I thought was nice and a great example of teamwork on their parts. The restaurant and quiet and clean.

Ambience. A Service. A-+ Food. A Price. A Found on busy Waahington road. Lots of parking lot parking. Host at front door deie ky and answered questions about happy hour between 4-6. Able to order happy hour drinks in main dining room. albeit, lite Hh bites for $7 are only serves in the bar area. I hear they are smaller portions? They accommodated our crowd of 10 easily pushing tables together. Server was very friendly explaining different menus and offering happy hour drinks at our table. We ordered variety of dishes. And happy hour drinks. My Italian smoky old fashion whisky with delicious marinated cherry and orange wlice...delicious to sip on. The pitcher of blackberry sangria was gorgeous fresh tasting delicious. Very balanced with fresh berries? And not so sweet!!! I recommend. Complimentary warm bread and seasoning for evoo for bread. Asked for lots of creamy butter and balsalmic vinegar on reeqiest. Delish crusty bread. Order the limited time offering of baked chicken wings...lived the buttery spiced goodness of the Italian Basic Wings. $14. Soppes up the juices with the bread. Salads are fresh crunchy and full various veggie. And ultra cold due toncols plates. Nice touch. The shrimp on one was perfectly boiled to give plump juicy shrimp. The fries eggplant parmesan was nicely oan fried crispy with nicely seasoned marana on top. Many meals come with side of soup Or salad. Everyone said everything was tasty. . Calamari nicely batteries and . Love the great service and food! Lots of food tonfanily share and takenhme leftovers! Server was always checking in and gave great service for our culinary wants! We help out too clearing table service to allow the foods and drinks coming and going. The server took my AarP verification and gave my whole bill over $225 a 10% discount! I will be back!!! Overall...today I'm a Fan!

Ate here once before and it was a good experience, however tonight was an entorely different story. We had a very patient server and she was pleasant but she never introduced herself. One guest ordered chicken wings and there was no celery or carrot sticks. When asked server ws told they dont serve them but yet they are pictured on the menu. Another ordered steak and it was brought to us just over room temp. Another guests order was as it should have been and my chicken parm was warm but pasta had to be sent back because it was literally cold. The bread coming out to the table was warmer than the food that was served. The restaurant is clean and inviting but beware....THE BATHROOMS WERE OUT OF ORDER.....YES.....BOTH OF THEM. Ome in our party said guest had to ise the bathroom of a store, 2nd & Charles, which is 100 yards away and was closed! If my next meal there isnt comped, I wont go back.

Calamari and fries

I normally never write reviews but this was just too much. The food was so cold we had to warm it up. The pasta sauce tasted like water, LITERLLY. Like no salt or flavor at all and have a weird smell. The calamari literally came with no sauce which are so needed. I'm so maddddd. My husband and I feel nauseous after eating this food. The only part that was good and helped to get us full was the complimentary bread it came with. I really had high hopes

If you are an Olive Garden/Carrabas Italian good person this is not the place for you. The service was great and yes it did take a bit for the food but these dishes were not quick simple meals. Start to finish we left with full bellies and full hearts. We started with the grilled octopus which is usually something I don't go for but it was mouth watering goodness. We had two pasta dishes, the Bucatini All' Amatriciana and the Paccheri Beef Bolognese. The bucatini had some spice but the Italian sausage and all the flavors made me dream of this pasta. The Paccheri was a classic and just everything you could want. We will definitely be back sooner rather than later to try even more dishes!

Hostess to waitstaff wore welcoming smiles and were eager to serve. The fresh bread was delicious, sparkling water refreshing and both were replenished without hesitation. Like reviews I read before starting this one I had to agree that the menu was restricted to fine Italian dining therefore a bit pricey. So, like other excellent restaurants in our area, some of us probably wouldn't choose it except for special occasions. That's not so bad, is it? It is worth noting that there is a well stocked bar with an experienced mixologist. Better than that, Veal Parmigiana on the menu. We made use of the crayon on our table to do self portraits which was fun. That's what it is about, fun, right?

First things first... the hostess Lyne set the tone immediately. Personable, funny, and quick-witted. She picked up on my husband's "I like to cause a little trouble just because I can" energy within seconds. Without missing a beat she said, "Listen... we're going to put him in time out right there." Another guest nearby started chuckling and I knew right then we were in good hands. Our waitress Kim was just as amazing. Attentive without hovering, friendly, and she kept checking on us to make sure we were good and boxed up once we tapped out. Now let's talk about the food... whew chile. I ordered the Lady Killer and let me tell you... it absolutely understood the assignment. Whatever magic was happening in that kitchen... keep doing it. The salad was huge. I only made it a few bites before I had to surrender. The rest went upstairs with me because wasting food is not in my ministry. And the cocktail... round of applause... smooth, balanced, and pretty enough to make you pause before the first sip. All in all... great energy, great service, and food that delivered. The manager walked around inquiring about the service given. Someone mentioned they weren't happy about their food and she appeared genuinely concerned as she further asked questions and how to take care of the matter. I was impressed. For me it's the small things like this that'll guarantee me being repeat... Separate review for the hotel itself coming up!...

If you've never had authentic Northeast-style pizza, or if you're from up north and have been craving a real slice of home, you owe it to yourself to give Antonio's Italian Eatery a try. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. We were seated quickly, our server was friendly, and everything about the experience made us feel at home. The décor even reminded me of the neighborhood pizzerias I grew up with in Connecticut. The best part? My mom, my dad, and my son all agreed this was the best meal we've had since moving here. That's about as high a compliment as I can give. Antonio's has officially become our go-to spot, and I know we'll be back often.
