We dined there last night and had a great evening! The food was good, the service was prompt and our server, Alex, was awesome!!! Alex was very friendly, attentive & on the ball! HOWEVER, I have one MAJOR improvement opportunity! I ordered the Rigatoni Martini. It was tasty and I enjoyed it, BUT you used CANNED MUSHROOMS! Ugh!!! I have dined at this restaurant and same location many times and every one of those times, my guests and I have been treated with utmost respect and care. The staff are very professional, well-mannered, and the sea/land food are fresh (kudos to the chefs). I had a surprise birthday dinner a couple nights ago here. We walked in about thirty minutes before the restaurant was going to close and they still let us walk in and still took our order which was kind. My guests had already looked at the online menu so once we were all seated, we already knew what we wanted and my meals were kind of chosen for me but I ended up eating and loving everything from my plate. I started off with the minestrone soup and gravitated to the mussels (cuzze in bianco) which I had only a couple because of my seafood allergy but they were very fresh and full of flavor. My guests ordered the Spiedino di Mare and Mahi Wulfe. They were very satisfied and impressed with their meals. I ordered the Tuscan sirloin skewers with grilled, carmalized green beans. Then finished the evening with their new Panna Cotta. The texture is soft but not thick enough to be yogurt paste and not liquid enough to be milk. It didn't have a tarty taste like greek yogurt but it wasn't flavorless either. It is really hard to describe, you just need to try it because I have fallen in love with it. read more

Since this is a chain restaurant, we weren't expecting much and I must say, it exceeded our expectations. This was our first time here and we were very happy with our meals. I liked the freshness of the sauce and the perfect blend of flavors in everything we ordered. My husband and I began with a side salad for an extra $2.00 and it was very fresh and delicious, with added olives, cut grape tomatoes, and more! Delicious for me, I had the Italian Vinegrette dressing. My husband had the Chicken Marsala with a side of Angel Hair pasta and maranara sauce. The mushrooms were fresh and the chicken was cooked perfectly. He was very happy and raved all through lunch. I had the linguine with chicken and fresh tomatoes, garlic, and basil. It was perfect! A real Italian pasta dish, cooked fresh and tasty, it was something my mother would have made. The chicken for both our meals, was cooked over a wood-burning fire. The pasta was the perfect consistency, just al dente. The added bonus was that the included bread was warm and came with an olive oil flavored dip. Altho the chop was still warm and flavorful, the person behind the grill either didn't read my cooking instructions, or isn't a good judge of how to prepare a certain doneness? We went to this Carrabba's because we were too late for Bonefish HH. We sat at the bar for 20 mins before we got a drink or menus. I was served a glass of red wine so cold that it was near frozen. I asked if all their red wines were that cold and the bartender said yes. Then a new bartender came on and instead of asking the previous bartender who was next, she proceeded to wait on everyone in order around the bar, many who had come in after us. After finally ordering my food, I went to the front desk and asked for the manager. I asked him if the red wine is always served cold. He said no and proceeded to serve me a glass of wine at room temperature. He was very very nice and accommodating! The bartender started to get real short with us but polite. Only at the end did she apologize on behalf of Carrabba's but it would have been much better if she had as soon as she knew there was a problem. And what's up with both Carabbas and Bonefish that they don't ask you if you have a Dine Rewards acct with them? I always forget and then I have to put it in the next day on the website! read more

All Carrabba's strive for consistency. One thing you can't manufacture are attitudes of employees. Kudos to the management for arranging a fun & polite team. The hostesses was very charming. Carrabbas is always a good reliable favorite of mine and this one in my hometown does not disappoint! I got an item I normally don't get when I go to Carrabbas. It was not my day to indulge in pasta and everything else that tastes good, so I went for a healthier option since I had a heavy day of travelling ahead of me. I ordered the Pollo Rosa Maria paired with a side of broccoli and some minestrone soup. Kept my calorie count low (by the way, nutrition info is all located on the menu, so you know what you're in for). What was no low however, was flavor! The chicken was perfectly cooked and grilled and flavor of the sauce permeated through the whole dish. I had enough sauce so that I could dip my broccoli in it (even though the broccoli was well flavored itself). I've always loved their minestrone soup, though I haven't had it in years. This location is right next to where we live. We stop in here often for dinner, including special occasions like Christmas Eve. We stopped in on 03/31 around 730pm. It was busy, but we were seated pretty quickly. Dylan C. was our server, and he was hands down the best server we've ever had at this location. He was friendly and attentive. Our food came out perfect, as well (which hasn't always been the case here). The manager did a table touch, right after we sat down, but I wish she had come back by so I could tell her how great our experience with dylan was. I'm a constant customer, but for the past six months they have been out of Prosecco. I have asked them to order it on numerous occasions, which they have carried on a constant basis, and was never a problem before. I had a party of eight coming that only drink Prosecco, they were out once again, so we had to cancel our reservation. Was a on a Monday so the special was 3 course meal starting at 12.99, mines came up to 15.99 with what I wanted. Great prices. David was our waiter and he was awesome. The $10.00 take home is a joke. It's like someone else's left overs! I rarely rate a restaurant unless I highly loved it or very disappointed. In this case it was not a good choice to stop to celebrate a friends birthday. The server did even wish our guest a Happy Birthday or had the knowledge of the dishes on menu. None of our selections that we ordered were tasty, but rather bland und under cooked. However, I never tip poorly. Always, 20 to 25%. Curbside Carryout system is extremely dysfunctional. As a customer, you are expected to wait in your car burning gas and time until someone comes out and brings your food to your car. The problem is, how do you know while sitting there for 5-10 minutes if anyone has even seen you? You are also expected to hand the payment to the person who comes to your car. I generally do not trust strangers with my credit card for extended periods of time where I cannot see exactly what they are doing. To top it all off, I had 3-$10 gift cards here. However, apparently they are "bonus" gift cards and therefore I cannot use more than 1 at a time. What a shame because I won't be coming back anytime soon. Note: Food is good, but I am extremely dissatisfied with their current pickup system and gift card bs. My order was not complete and he rectified the situation promptly. He is training new staff members and I can appreciate that there is a learning curve with new employees. This is my new favorite place to eat! My 5 year old came with us and while we waited for our food our waitress brought him a piece of dough to shape, and then baked it for him to eat! How cool! So thinking it was a mistake I call back they answer and, without saying anything, immediately put me on hold. This was one of the better made strip steaks I've had in quite awhile, cooked perfectly and deliciously seasoned. It melted on my tongue. Carrabba's is pretty consistent and is reliable as a chain restaurant. As our trip to Florida is winding down we hit Carrabba's for some of our favorite dishes (10/21/2008). You're always greated with some amazing herbs and olive oil to dip warm crusty bread in. This is a standard and frankly is one hell of a way to start the meal. We decided to order a quattro formaggi pizza for an appetizer and were pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I also had a cup of the Italian Chicken Soup which is pretty darn good as well. Dad ordered the short ribs special and wasn't thrilled with the type of sauce it came with. He was expecting more of a wine sauce, but it came with more of a tomato-based sauce. He also said that the outside of the ribs were a bit dry. He said overall it wasn't bad but that it wasn't something he'd order again. Mom and I are in permanent ruts here. I with Pollo Rosa Marina and she with Chicken Bryan. Both are wood-fire grilled chickens. The Rosa Marina is stuffed with fontina and prosciutto and the Bryan is topped with goat cheese. The wood fire taste on the chicken is what really has me ordering the same thing over and over again. MK also ordered the Rosa Marina. Although we didn't order any desserts, Carrabba's has given in to the trend of "mini-desserts" in shot glasses. I'm not a big fan of this stuff at all because a) they usually rip ya like $3 per shot-glass and b) no matter how they try to sell it, they are very small. I guess someone at the food trade shows a couple years ago floated this one out there and several places have decided to take this trend up. I'm not in favor of it, but I won't hold it against Carrabba's for giving in. read more

I don't know if they ran out of apps or what, but my mom and I came here out of gift-card desperation one night, and they tried serving slices of untoasted bread with marinara dipping sauce, calling it "bruschetta." Back in the salad days of my youth, I used to spend a ton of time commuting, and on one of those commutes, I got sideswiped in traffic and broke my back. Awesome! Fast forward to the end of the summer or so, 2003. My settlement check came in and I was flush with cash. So I thought it'd be nice if my buddy The Doan and I went on down to the Carrabba's in Stuart, to feast like kings until we went to the open mic on Osceola St. later that night. We were seated, and immediately started flirting with any woman we could, because we're both gregarious Leos with a lot of spunk and no fear. Our drinks came with startling speed and it was hardly any time at all before we were going to town on that bread, fresh out of the oven and dipped in that amazing oil/herb combination which has become THE single defining characteristic of a Carrabba's meal in my mind. If that bread doesn't happen, or isn't great, I could be eating a pile of hair covered in broken dreams and it would be the same as a 3 Michelin star meal. So we were well drunk by minute :15 or so, and we made our orders. Don't remember what we had, don't care: the bread. Then...the Vicodin kicked in. Oh sweet Mother of Pearl! Really, not much can be said for the rest of the meal. I'm sure it was fine; I've never had a true problem with a Carrabba's meal. I'm sure we overstayed our welcome, as we suddenly had to find a way to burn through hours of intoxication before we were road-worthy again. I'm also sure that we tipped extremely well, because we always did. We've been back since, and we've not been chased from the grounds with torches and pitchforks, which says a lot about the kindness of the staff. And finally, that bread really was awesome. 5/5 for the food; I don't know, but if you can't remember the truth, why not just remember a great lie? Being at a Carrabba's 4 hours longer than you might like? 1/5. Put 'em together, and you get a completely rational, scientific 4/5 total. read more

Horrible experience-- After waiting for over half an hour for an appetizer, our server was too rushed to take our dinner order because we had a question. He said "I'll be right back", we then watched him greet, get and serve drinks to a new table, deliver food and then cheese to a second table and refresh drinks on a third before coming back to take our order. He had this rushed attitude like we were ordering in a New York Deli. When he didn't check on us or refill our drinks, I went to the hostess stand and asked if we could move or have a different server. I was told to go and ask one of the other servers to help our table! A man in a dress shirt (didnt identify himself) walked past our table and asked how things were this evening, so we told him what had transpired thus far. He said I will be right back. After several more minutes (over a 40 plus minute wait for our entrees), our meals were delivered by the server. All the side dishes were cold and one entree was incorrect. "Dress shirt man" came over and we told him the food was cold, and that I never got my salad. We relayed that "the hostess told us to go ask another server for help"-- his response was that they were having a meeting tomorrow and that he would comp our table's meal. We are very frequent diners of this Carrabba's- at least 2 times/month. This is the first experience we have had like this- but it was so bad, we may never go back. read more

Our server boxed them to take home as well as a complimentary dessert. It happens! We ordered linguini Positano and the chicken trio. Both were delicious as well as the bread and olive oil. Very disappointed. We ordered Chicken Marsala family dinner Friday night. It was supposed feed 4-5 people. It was barely enough for 3 people. It did not taste as good as going in and eating and the chicken was thighs. I won't order again during the Coronavirus stay home time, I will order somewhere else. read more

Lunch was fantastic, the server, Theresa was exceptional! Always love the herb and oil dip with the bread. The side salad come with a creamy parmesan dressing, I'll have to say I did not like it. It had a real fishy taste, almost like the anchovy paste used for caesar salad dressing. I had my favorite, the pollo Rosa Maria chicken and it was as great as always.
