So yeah, it's a chain. But it's a chain that tends to produce pretty decent food. It's a little on the pricey side for a casual restaurant, especially when you have a few drinks. Update: the manager I spoke with the other night was lying about being a manager so she could cover Kelby's ass. I spoke with an actual manager today and she never heard anything about the situation. Is this really how they run the place? I would expect this from McDonald's, not a place like Carrabba's! I love Carrabba's I've been going there for years and years. Their food is always spot on, great atmosphere, and their waiters/waitresses, all the staff are all amazing but tonight I had the worst encounter I've ever experienced. I came for a pick up order and sat outside for about five minutes and nobody came out for help, so I went up to the door knocked and when they open the door I said hi I'm here to pick up an order and this gentleman named Kelby says " So?!" So I said "i've been waiting outside for a few minutes to pick up an order and nobody has come out to help but I saw you guys hanging out around here and eating so I came up to let you know." And then Kelby started coming towards me saying "are you good?!" Over and over coming closer to me with his coworkers physically trying to pull him back as I'm walking out to my car because I felt threatened. He then brought out my food saying "ARE you GOOD?! Don't come back here with that shit." I told him I'd be speaking with a manager, which I called immediately and she said he is not normally hostile and would be dealt with accordingly. I ordered takeout Chicken Marsala. First we had to wait and extra 20 minutes longer than time promised. Secondly, it was inedible....way too much pepper! Plus it was cold too. No flatware included either. Very disappointing for $20 a plate. Won't be back anytime soon if ever. read more

Carrabbas has definitely changed. I am surprised I even gave it a 1 star. We have had many dinners there when we moved to Stuart 15 years ago. Food was good. Ten a few years ago something happened they changed the decor and with that thee food changed. We tried it a few more times with seeing the food cooked changed. Today we tried it once more to have it delivered. We ordered chicken soup and chicken piccata. I NEVER RECEIVED MY SOUP My chicken piccata was like it was steamed with a little sauce that tasted like water with possibly a little lemon. Horrible dinner it was thrown out. My husband order was stuffed pork chops as per say on menu Marsala. When that came with the order the pork chops were not stuffed and the Marsala was almost a very dark brown that if you were Italian you would know Marsala is not a VERY dark brown. Oh I forgot to tell you my chicken looked steamed instead of sautéed. All dinner was not exceptable but not edible. My husband called carrabbas and spoke to a woman got no satisfaction asked for manager and got a woman named Debbie. No satisfaction about doing anything about it. I have now given Carrabbas a big fat zero. The Carrabbas brothers would be mortified see their food made like it was tonight. I was even shocked. One of our favorites for lunch and dinner. We have been eating here for the past two years and have never been disappointed except when we can't get in because the wait is too long. We find the staff very friendly and accommodating. The warm bread with the seasoned oil is a nice way to start your meal. Between the two of us we have tried and enjoyed many of the offerings on the menu. At lunch I often enjoy the fresh mozzarella and tomato pizza. Very light and delicious. Their chicken dishes are excellent and my husband raves about the lasagna. A great place to enjoy a delicious meal. Also has an excellent Gluten free menu. read more

I am basing this review on the happy hour and appetizers at the bar. First, Brian the bartender may be the best bartender I have ever experienced. One, he was good. Two, he was funny as hell and made each patron in the bar area feel like his best friend. Unbelievable sense of humor. He took the time to explain how happy hour worked and what drinks were included. We ordered shrimp scampi and mussels for an appetizer. Oh what a deal at 50% off. We finished off with a pizza which actually was one of the better pizza's I have had in Stuart. If I was eating only my dinner it would have been one star or less for my meal this evening. My wife's chicken dinner was fine, and service was good. But, my pizza ( first I ever ordered at Carrabba's and definitely the last) was the worst pizza I have ever eaten. Greasy doesn't even begin to describe it. Our waiter was excellent, unfortunately I didn't catch his name but he had perfect eyebrows lol seriously! and very short dark hair. Got there early to avoid the dinner crowd. Was told they were on a short wait. Many empty tables but I attributed this to perhaps not all waiters on shift yet. Sat for a while watching party after party that came in after us get seated. Finally I approached the hostess to make sure she had not overlooked us. Was told in a very rude tone, "You have 3 people. I am waiting for a 3 topper to open. I utilize my tables. A few mintues later they seated us in a booth that would hold 6. Many of the similar booths in our section had only 2 per table. It took a while to get our order taken and then the waitress didn't know much detail about the menu. Since the Stuart location changed the decor and refurbished the restaurant ,it also changed the food and menu all together which was the worst thing they could have done. No more Rigatoni Martino and Veal Parmigiana or Italian salads. The old decor was so much nicer,homier and charmingly cozy. Now,it looks like a cafeteria. When you think of a chain; quality delicious food isn't the first thing that comes to mind. The food here is just incredible, especially when you consider the reasonable pricing. We went here on xmas eve 2014, i figured we would have to wait for our food forever so I prepaired myself . The seating wait was like 5 mins and yes the place was PACKED! Our food was out pretty fast appetizer was out within 10 mins and everything else followed pretty gracefully! BUT the SERVICE... Was out of this world amazing!!! And yes they were all young but they all made a Great team ,management deff has it together they trained them great oh and yes of course the food was Delicious!! Since ie was Easter and the carona virus where we are ale to not leave our homes and most of our restaurants have been closed I just east to say Carrabba's was able to have a pick up of an Easter dinner. What they chose to serve was spot on. It was a dinner for 4. A crispy Caesar sal with delicious dressing then penne pompadour o that was cooked to perfection and delicious. The only thing was we could have used a extra containers pompadoro sauce. Then cane chicken piccata. Which if it's chicken or veal it was delicious and spot on with extra sauce. Then for 20 .00 more you can get delicious lamb chops for 4 grilled to perfection. Everything was amazing. With all that ther was sliced Italian bread with the olive oil and herbs they serve at the restaurant. To end of the dinner a delicious double serving of desert that tasted like tiramisu. They all had to work hard I know it and am sure there where a lot of orders. Carrabba's is always consistent no matter when you go. Brian is such a fun bartender. He really makes the place. The food is consistent and terrific.

In the past, I have written great reviews about Carrabba's, however it's actually not about the food, (dinner was quite good). This time it is about the cost of the beer, yes "draft" beer. I'm in shock as to how can you charge $5.55 for a draft beer of Yuengling......A 12 pack of Yuengling is approximately $11.00. I always liked Carrabba's but quite frankly it is not a 5 star exclusive restaurant, it's a chain. Sorry, but until you re-think that beer cost, I'm out! read more
