If I could give zero I would. In April my mom took her Tahoe to this carwash to get cleaned. In the process her back passenger window was bashed out. My mom only has liability and had to pay out of pocket $245 to replace the window this car wash machine broke. My mom called him and today she was finally able to meet with him. He had a video to show her wrong doing which we both watched and THERE WAS NO WORNG DOING! What a POS! He refuses to accept responsibility and claims my mother was not paying attention and stated there were signs saying to back up. There were not. So we will see your con artist a** in court, jerk. I see only 1 star reviews on here and I hope this puts you out of business so no other decent person has to be liable for your irresponsibility. DONT USE THIS CAR WASH EVER!!! read more

The smell of recycled urine, non-operating autowash, money-eating change machine... it doesn't get better!!

ZERO ZERO ZERO ZERO STARS AND ditto to all the reviews. I have lived in Paradise for 15 yrs and have used this car wash periodically in that time. I have noticed a slow decline in this business. There have been little to no upgrades in equipment. Little investment going into this business. The water pressure has slowed to a crawl. The brushes used to spew tons of foam and now there is little to no foam and the brush today was full of grit that I slimed all over my car essentially piling dirt and grit onto my paint job. I regretfully decided to try the pull through machine and came out with scratches on the front passenger side. Go to Chico or do it at home. DONT GO HERE. read more

One of the worst places to wash your car! Nothing works including the foaming brush which is most important to even wash your car. Very little water pressure. And vacuums also rip you off. I now drive to Chico to California is car wash only. The owners should be ashamed for their nasty nonfunctioning car wash. Screwing people over! Needs to be shut down! read more

Went there and all machines were broken somehow. ie broken hoses, machines were off, ate your money. Never go here!!!

Totally amazing this guy is stays in business!! WHY?? Like many others, if I could give it a -0, I would. After reading most all the other reviews,(wished I'd read them before going there) this jerk knows he's ripping the people of Paradise off... There's security camera's all over the place, so he know's the hose's are leaking or are not working most the time. Pressure drops off to nothing, but the Timer keeps going!! Filed a complaint with the BBB because I lost 10 dollars worth of quarters because foamy brush did not work. I basically paid to rinse my truck off. Car wash refused to reimburse me like a stand up business would. Conflict never resolved. So I go to Chico now. Some lady called today and said, I will give you 5 tokens back? (REALLY) I spent $6.00 not 5. I said why in the world would i ever come back there? This was not the first time. I will spend the extra $5.00 to drive to Chico where, i know i will get a good car wash. And know the place is in working order at all times. We need a good car wash up here. If I could give it a 0 or even a negative star rating I would. Went here today to spray out the little bits of cedar leaves and cones out of my truck bed, there were also a few pine needles in my windshield. After I put my money in to get started the guy comes over and asks why I'm spraying it out (btw, the high pressure is NOT high pressure), I said because it's a carwash. Then he complains that he's going to have to clean it up. I asked him if he'd give me my money back if I stopped, he said no just keep washing so I did. Then he came back and stood with his broom and garbage can right where I couldn't keep going without spraying him. It was enough an I didn't want to be harrassed anymore so I got in my truck to leave. He stood in FRONT of my truck and took a photo of my license plate. What a jerk! Very unreliable car wash. Automated system takes money but does not give a car wash. Lost $5.00 around 2pm today. Pulled in and it said to back out. It never reset and kept my $5.00. Use at your own caution. read more

The window in my vehicle was broken by this car wash. I called the number twice and no one is returning my calls. $245.00 just to replace the glass and there is body damage as well read more

Like many others have stated: If I could give it a zero I would. I had been a frequent customer years ago when this facility had first opened - and it was GREAT! ...back then. But more recently the pressure has been decreased to the point where your home garden hose with a nozzle would almost be as effective. The soap concentration had also been decreased, as I see very little sudsing when I spray with the soap selection as compared in the past. In my latest experience (my last!), the foaming brush was not functioning - just a little dribble of liquid from the brush and no foam. I attempted to at least brush the car but it kept getting dirtier rather than cleaner. I finally discovered that the brush was inundated with grease and oil. My white car now looked a dull yellow with black streaks all over! I had put $8 in the machine but had to just turn everything off before it got worse, only using about $3 worth. Their machine just took my unused $5. My car was now far worse than before I drove it in. There was no attendant on the premises, so when I got home I looked them up online, phoned them but only got a message. The only thing that has increased from years ago at this facility is their prices! I will NEVER use this facility ever again and I'm telling everyone I know of my experience here. BEWARE and pass this information around. It's a small town and if the owners will not fix things and take care of their customers, we need to boycott this place until it gets new owners!! read more

Do not go thru the auto car wash. I put in $6 and all the machine did was rinse my car off. The other functions did not work. The tire "stop things" did not go down and I was stuck inside. I finally said F it and drove over them. read more

Worst business ever. We had a $1000 damage to our car. Owners tried to ignore every request. Then we had to move on and investigate and threat with a Lawyer before they would even react. Better staying away for good than dealing ever again with them. read more
