I wanted to leave a fair and honest review of my experience because there were definitely things I…read morereally appreciated, but unfortunately there were also several things that left me disappointed after receiving the vehicle. First, I do want to acknowledge my sales representative. He was very nice, kind, generous, honest, and provided me with great customer service throughout the purchasing process. I genuinely appreciated how I was treated by him, and I don't want the concerns I have with the vehicle or my overall experience to take away from the positive experience I had with him personally. One thing I was a little disappointed about was not receiving physical printed copies of all of my purchase documents. I was told that everything was provided to me electronically, which I understand, but I personally would have preferred to have physical copies as well. With a previous vehicle purchase, I was given a complete printed packet of everything I signed, so I assumed I would receive something similar this time. It's not necessarily a major issue, but it was something I would have appreciated having when leaving the dealership. I was also told that the vehicle was going to be detailed before it was delivered to me. Once I received it and was able to look at it more closely, it honestly did not seem like it had been properly detailed. There was residue left on the windows from whatever product had been used to wipe them down, the interior was noticeably dusty, and there were food crumbs left on the seats. Considering I was specifically told it would be detailed, I expected it to be delivered much cleaner than it was. Another thing that disappointed me is that the vehicle remained with the dealership after I purchased it because it needed to be taken to an Acura dealership for a recall. I completely understand that it was being taken there specifically for the recall and that the recall service itself had nothing to do with the other issues I've noticed. However, the dealership had possession of the vehicle the day I purchased it and into the following day before it was delivered to me. Because they had the vehicle during that time, I feel there was enough opportunity to give it a final inspection and make sure it was clean and in good condition before delivering it to me. After finally receiving the vehicle and having it for only a couple of days, I started noticing additional issues. The wireless charging pad powers on but does not actually charge a phone, even after testing it with more than one compatible iPhone. The steering wheel is significantly faded/worn, tire valve-stem caps were missing, the two front tires appear significantly worn, and I also noticed concerning wear on the rear brakes/rotors. I completely understand that I purchased a used vehicle and that it was sold as-is. I never expected a used vehicle to be perfect or in brand-new condition. At the same time, when purchasing and financing a vehicle through a dealership, I still expected the vehicle to be reasonably inspected and for noticeable issues--especially potential safety-related concerns involving the tires and brakes--to either be addressed or communicated to me. I also expected it to be properly cleaned and detailed since I was specifically told that would be done. At this point, I honestly don't have the desire to go back and forth with the dealership over every individual issue. I would rather share my experience so future buyers know to thoroughly inspect the vehicle themselves, test all of its features, and look closely at the tires and brakes before completing their purchase and driving off the lot. With all of that being said, I do want to make it clear that this is simply my personal experience. I do think the dealership has a nice selection of vehicles, and despite the issues I experienced, I would still recommend giving them a chance. My experience with my sales representative was genuinely positive, and I appreciated the customer service I received from him. I just strongly recommend that anyone purchasing a vehicle take the time to inspect everything thoroughly before finalizing the purchase. Overall, I am happy with the vehicle itself and hope to enjoy it for a long time. I just wish some of these things had been caught, addressed, or communicated to me before the vehicle was delivered.

After 4 weeks of waiting, I finally picked up my vehicle after engine replacement…read more I tried to reach service advisor John Ragan to find out the status of my vehicle. I texted him several times but received no response. When I finally reached him on the phone, he said he called me several times but the line was busy. I know he is lying because John's phone number did not even register in my in-coming call list. After I picked up my vehicle and went home, I noticed the plastic engine cover was damaged. I took a photo of the damage and sent it to service department. I was then told by Cesar the replacement cover will arrive this week. Now I have to waste my energy and time in going back to the dealership to fix the damaged engine cover. When I picked up my vehicle, John did not even mention to me about the the damage made by the mechanic. When I went to service department today on August 26th to replace the damaged engine cover, I found out they ordered the wrong size. You can tell that these people don't care about their customers. Some of the service advisors like John Ragan are power tripping big time. If they don't like you for some reason, they will damage your car on purpose. Be aware. I am still waiting for the replacement part that should have been delivered to my home by service manager Cesar two days ago. Cesar is not answering my text. Don't buy cars or service your vehicles from this dealership. If you need to make a complaint, email the dealership general manager Cooper Mugg at cmugg@hondaoflosangeles.com.

A new beginning for CC Chevrolet?…read more We bought a new Corvette here a month ago, and while the initial experience was good the follow up was as bad as the other reviews here. The car needed a few minor things, and our sales rep told us to just call or text and he'd arrange it, but he never responded to literally 10+ calls, and neither did the sales manager. Reading all the negative reviews here didn't help, and after two weeks of being ignored I took the car in. My plan was to get some assistance or just leave it there, Uber home, and call my lawyer. Long story short, after waiting through a dealership-wide meeting, our sales rep came out full of apologies and got to work. Turns out he'd been having health issues and VA issues (he's a vet) and the day I come in was the first day for a new General Manager (hence the meeting), who was there to kick some butt, which he did. I actually met with the GM and he also apologized for our poor experience, and then he laid out how they would solve all our open issues, and then they did. All of it! A huge contrast to the previous two weeks, and I have no reason to doubt that they will continue this way. Sure made me feel better about them being our dealership! BTW, our rep was Edwin, and if you need a Chevy or, better yet, a Corvette (who doesn't need a Corvette? ) go see him and tell him Karen & Richard sent you. I'm confident he and the rest of them will take good care of you!
