Thankful for these guys! One of my toilets would not flush properly and it was getting progressively worse. Jevat and John came out to diagnose the problem the same day I. called. They initially used the auger and explained there might be some root growth in the way. When they removed the toilet, their suspicion was confirmed. They removed 5+ feet of root growth!!! Holy moly. I just about keeled over! I couldn't believe my eyes. They cleaned everything out, used salt to kill the roots and properly sealed everything to make sure the roots don't grow back. I can't recommend Mike and his team enough. I recently purchased a home from the 70s and was gifted with a pin-hole leak in a downstairs pipe. After locating the hole, attempting to fix it myself, and making matters worse I finally threw in the towel and called Mike. Mike was able to send Jevat out within 30 minutes. Jevat was quick and efficient, making multiple fixes, diagnosing a broken pressure reducer, and swapping a new reducer in at a reduced price (my line pressure was at 100 psi, well beyond the 75 psi cap of the valve had it not been malfunctioning). The new reducer should help extend the lifespan of my old system. I was also given a fair quote to replace my water heater (well over 20 years old) and some additional pipework, so once I save up I plan to have them come back out for a new install. Mike and Jevat saved my hide and didn't take the shirt off my back (which they could have). Definitely recommend them if you're in need. read more

The valve to the water line on washer was leaking so called Carroll plumping and Mike the owner picked up and had Soultath his plumber over the same day. Soultath was very polite and respectful and did the job in quick and effective way. I also had them check the water pressure valve to the house he showed me on the pressure gauge that it was as I suspected bad. Had him back out first thing this morning to replace it. I would give Mike/Carroll Plumbing a 6 star if I have that option. We had a weak water pressure issue throughout our house. I called Mike to make an appointment. Mike asked me to take pictures of the water pressure regulator and the pipes around the area. After reviewing the pictures, Mike saw we have a soft water system. On the phone, he showed me how to bypass the soft water system to make sure I don't waste my money on his service. On November 08 I awakened to the sound of a gurgling toilet, made the mistake of flushing it well it started to overflow. I am absolutely impressed by the service I got from Carroll Plumbing. I recently bought a house with a old water heater installed haphazardly and some water damaged subfloor in the upstairs bathroom. Mike helped me diagnose the problem upstairs over the phone. Jevat came in person and ran some tests and gave it the final blessing in person. Jevat also installed a new water heater at lightning speed and hooked me up with some great advice. We had called Mike a while back due to low water pressure in our shower. Mike walked us through fixing it over the phone.

My water pressure regulator had been making "noises" on and off for a while, but when my washer had issues, and the appliance tech said my water pressure was VERY high, I figured it was time to fix it. Very thankful I contacted Mike Carroll Plumbing. He answered my questions and was safety conscious confirming I did not have plastic pipes behind the wall that could melt. And when he saw the pic of my regulator, was up front informing me how much more than the original quote it would cost to go from my single union regulator to a double union. John came out the next day. I was impressed by his knowledge, enthusiasm and ability to explain everything about the kinds of regulators, how they work and why a double union might ultimately be more cost effective (I was questioning why I should change). He also took time to look at and correct my misbehaving toilet and offer a solution for my leaky faucet instead of replacing it. He was a great communicator, patient, very informative and interesting. I had a great experience from beginning to end with Carroll Plumbing. Mike Carroll reached out to me after my review and said he was interested in making things right. He agreed to pay the cost of a replacement countertop and the corresponding labor in full (including demo for the old countertop, installation of the new countertop, any needed drywall work, etc.), gave me a couple of names for people who might be able to do the job (but gave me no pressure to choose them), and came over with a check to start things off on the right foot so that I won't be out money in the meantime while we wait to see how much the total job will cost. He said if it goes over this amount, he'll be happy to pay it to make me whole again. He even offered to reinstall my old sink, after we determine when repairs will be made, so that we are not without a working sink basin upstairs for additional weeks in the meantime. I have to say I'm pretty shocked by his integrity and true interest in making things as right as they can be at this point (as no one has a time machine). Mike has restored my faith in him and his company, and I'm able to breathe easier today because of his actions thus far to right this situation. read more

The absolute best!!! I called three companies for a broken copper pipe outside that T's into my house and onto a hose bib. The hose bib side is the side that broke. One company didn't answer. Another company was able to come out right away, but was far above our price point. Mike said he was booked solid, but send him some pictures and he'll take a look. After viewing the pictures, he called back saying that it would be an easy fix and he could squeeze me in. The price he quoted me was about half of what the other company quoted me. He arrived within an hour. He was quick and courteous. He even let my two teenage boys watch him do the repair while explaining what he was doing, which they enjoyed immensely.
