I did some research and St. Francis had lawsuits for mixing up ashes, I felt so sick. I shopped around and my cousin recommended another pet crematory. I went there and bought a REAL urn, they offered to place my pet in the new urn for me. I'm still so upset that this happened, but shame on me for trusting my vet and letting them have my dog go to these people. DO NOT GO HERE, SHOP AROUND, FIND SOMEPLACE THAT DOESNT HAVE LAWSUITS

One passed away and sadly my vet works with St. Francis which I will also address with them. I requested the remains be returned to me in a bag (which many places do) because I was going to put him in a large urn where I keep all my pets ashes. They FORCED me to spend $55 on a wood urn in addition to their over priced cremation which was the cheapest urn available. I called st Francis to explain we are tight on funds for medical expenses as it was and I had no use for a wood box let alone a $55 one which is beyond ridiculous. The man I think Christopher who I spoke with was beyond rude and uncaring when I was struggling and heart broken and basically said too bad suck it up we dont care what your problems are and hung up on me because he had other customers to tend to. Epic jerk. I just got it back and to add insult to injury they sealed this thing shut so I have zero way to even get into it other than try and smash it with a hammer to get to the ashes to put into my animals urn. This place is serious bad vibes end to end. It makes me sick that unethical and uncaring people would be able to run a business like this. Karma do your thing.

From the first meeting, where Kristen came to meet the dogs, I knew I had found someone who would care about my dogs as much as I do. One of my dogs really does like anyone but me. Kristen took her time, and I think spent extra time to get to know her. I received daily emails with pictures of how they were doing, which no Puppy Prison has ever done for me. When I got home, I saw how well they were, and looked happy and healthy as when I left them. When Kristen came to drop off my keys, my kids were excited to see her, so I knew right then, when I need a pet sitter, or pet walker, I know you to call, and you should too.
