I had a flight of 4 ciders and was even able to pick some of the Cellar Projects (Which never seem to end up canned or bottled.) The Cellar Projects we had had a wine note in the flavor. My favorite was a cider aged in rum barrels. (Which already seems to be off the menu.) The flatbread was very good. They have a small pizza oven on the counter behind the cash wrap and run them through there. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. I will definitely return! And will likely pick up some cider to bring home.

The inside is the tasting room is chic and classy with awesome bar service. Our bartender was super friendly and helpful. We did a tasting of their for four regular hard ciders: Slingshot, Redfield, Rosé and Wild (sadly, they were out of ice cider). Our favorite was Slingshot-- clean, crisp flavor as described! Using grapes shipped from CA and mixing with apples crown on site, this small batch operation is a delightful stop. Specifically, I want to shout out our wine guide who took us through several of their wines. She made our experience there memorable with her amazing personality, charm, and humor. The space is small but offers a variety of options to hang out and enjoy their wines and ciders - inside by the fireplace, outside on the screen porch, or outdoors on the patio.
