When we asked whether our budget could get us something flashy and visually impressive, the salesperson responded, "You know the answer to that yourself," which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Later, in another part of the dealership, I asked another employee two questions and was completely ignored. When we explained that we were looking for a vehicle to use for marketing purposes for our company, the response was, "Why are you telling me that?" We were also told that no one in sales was available, which I understand can happen, but the overall attitude and lack of basic courtesy were unacceptable. My colleague and I may look young, but we operate a real estate firm managing approximately $2.5 billion in assets. Regardless of someone's age, appearance, race, or perceived status, every customer should be treated with the same level of respect. We ended up driving to Ferrari Silicon Valley/Redwood City and had a completely different experience. The team there was respectful, professional, and attentive, and we are now in the process of closing a deal on two vehicles. I would not recommend spending your money at a dealership where customers are judged or dismissed before anyone even takes the time to understand who they are or what they are looking for. I wish them the best, but this was an extremely disappointing experience.

I was frantic as I needed a vehicle for my kids .I looked through the phone book and found Quality Car Rentals , thinking nobody will rent because of the atm endeavor . I was surprised that so early in the morning a gentlemen named Art answered the phone , he could hear the panic and discouragement in my voice .Art said he would rent to me with a cash deposit . Not only his willingness to help me was extremely appreciated , but also his amiable , friendly disposition in which I rarely see in customer service . Art asked how I was going to get to his car rental place and I replied I can wait for a friend to help .His response was where do you live ? I told him and he said I live there also And I can pick you up in 20 min and take you to get your rental .This extraordinary effort made my panic from my car wreck much less . Art picked me up at my house as promised , took me to his shop ; yet on the drive there , I had told him My husband died a few years ago and he was the one who took care of these kinds of things .Art began explaining what happens next from the car is Jeanne companies , Adjuster's etc etc .I cant tell you how much Art helped me .I even came to him when I wanted to buy a new car and he did indeed help me the whole process . It's not often that you find a service place that offers kindness , patience , a how to lecture on totaling a vehicle and buying another . I have been 'borrowing' cars from Art for years, so I have come to a place where I get along with him pretty well. That being said, he IS an oddball and not big on customer service. However, he has always been there for me - as long as it is after 9am and before 1pm :) If you are looking for service with a smile at all hours of the day, you might be thrown off, but I love being able to pop into the office and walk out with a car in five minutes. I don't have the patience for big rental companies and paperwork for days. These guys have treated me well, and I appreciate them for it.
