From the…read morevery beginning, they were honest, transparent, respectful, and never made me feel pressured. They treated me with kindness and professionalism every step of the way. I was selling my late mother's vehicle during a difficult time for my family, and unlike other dealerships, they didn't try to take advantage of the situation. They were fair, straightforward, and did exactly what they said they would do. Allen and Spencer, from the bottom of my heart, thank you. Your integrity and compassion didn't go unnoticed. If you're looking for a dealership that values people as much as the transaction, these are the guys you want to do business with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend City Limits Subaru to anyone.

I bought a new 2024 Subaru Outback from here, because there was finally a dealership in my area…read morethat could service my car. The purchasing experience was fine. But today I went in for an oil change and left feeling totally scammed. When I approached the advisor, he said, "we think your car is out of alignment." I said, "How in the world could you know that? You haven't even looked at it yet!" He said, "we have speed bumps with sensors as you're coming in to the service bay. It says it's slightly out of alignment." I said, "REALLY? I actually couldn't decide which bay to come in to so I ran over them at an angle." Slowly, I might add. He basically said they'd check it and if it didn't need an alignment they wouldn't do one. I said, "Well, can you come talk to me and show me the numbers?" He said, "No, we only have one machine, and if we stop and talk to people it holds up everyone else. We'll give you a before and after so you can see there's no funny business. If it does need one, it'll be $170." I stood there, totally feeling like I was being upsold, but finally said, "Okay." He was pressuring me to make a decision right then and sign the authorization form. Interestingly enough, on the final invoice it said, "Customer states perform 4 wheel alignment." No, I NEVER said that. I reluctantly signed something saying they could do it if it really needed it because he said they couldn't stop for three minutes and come show me the numbers. I was sitting there, a 90 second walk from the diagnostic area, waiting. Upon further research when I got home, I learned that the detection systems, "Hunter Quick Check Drive" (or perhaps knockoff from a competitor) are explicitly marketed to dealerships as a profit tool. Hunter's own marketing states, "wheel alignment is the most profitable dealership service" and pitches the system as a way to "gain profits and revenue" by scanning every car that comes in. Their website says, "Don't lose out on hidden alignment opportunities!" Does that mean City Limits got it solely for that purpose? I have no idea. Can the dealership claim that what they did was above board? Of course they can. And they will. But I definitely felt strong-armed into signing off on something I wasn't convinced I needed. My bad for caving. To get some perspective I talked to another service advisor from a different team, and he explained that two of the numbers were consistent with a real, but extremely trivial deviation -- the kind that's genuinely plausible from an off-angle pass over a sensor pad, and also the kind that most shops would consider a rounding-error fail rather than a "you need this now" issue. Those two numbers "failed" by nearly the SMALLEST measurable margin. There was one other number that was more significantly "off," and he said that probably couldn't have been skewed by the uneven pass over their laser speed bump. However, even that number wasn't in any way dangerous, and the abnormal wear pattern on a tire would take thousands of miles to show, not hundreds. In other words, it probably needed to be aligned at some point, but it definitely wasn't urgent. Know how long it took that guy to explain all this to me? About 45 seconds. And if I had known what he told me, I would've skipped the alignment for now. But City Limits opted not to tell me any of that. They pressured me and made a sale. Beware of this tactic and don't let them scam you. Take your car somewhere else to be evaluated if they tell you that you need an alignment before they've even laid eyes on it. Shame on you, City Limits Subaru. These "profits" aren't worth it if you gain them by withholding information from your customers and pressuring them into services they could easily put off for a time. Today certainly destroyed my faith in you.

As someone who's not mechanically inclined, I had to put some faith in the seller, and thankfully Fabian didn't let me down! Yota has been more than happy to offer any requested maintenance pre and post purchase wherever they can. The way I see it, a dealer that isn't high volume relies on consistently happy customers, and isn't buying cars that they aren't confident they can sell!

He is going to take your monies that you pay for taxes, title, registration and float it. For me he did this for almost one year. I got my tags today, 2/5/25, I bought my Lexus on 2/29/24. Texas State Comptroller email is CID@cpa.texas.gov or you can call 800-531-5441 ext 3-8707. Now for the review. Like I mentioned earlier, I purchased my Lexus on 2/29/24. When I test drove the SUV, it was exactly what I was looking for and the price was not bad. On the day that I went to pick up the car, I was told as he handed me the keys, not to worry about the check engine light that was now on, that he would fix it. He had to order a part. The car needed to be inspected so if I could bring the car back the following week, the part would be there at the shop to replace, then issue would be resolved so the inspection could be done. The following week, I took the car in as he "had" the part and could get the car inspected. When I picked up the car 3 weeks later.... he said, not to worry about the check engine light, that after driving it for 300 miles it should reset itself. Well that day never came. Then the absolute bold face lying and lack of integrity became a weekly thing for me deal with. I could not get the guy to get my plates. I would call, oh the plates will be here on Wednesday. Wednesday came, no plates. OK the next week the plates will come. No there will be no plates, the paper work was done incorrectly. Had to get the person who sold the car to Alex to re-sign the paperwork, A month later, please come in and sign the transfer paperwork again. OK your tags will be here next week. Next week never came. The inspection was an issue, the car would not pass inspection due to emissions. They needed a new catalytic converter, then a new gas cap. He kept my car for a month. When I got the car finally he says to me, if the check engine light comes on, don't worry...blah blah blah. Sure enough, 2 miles down the road, the check engine light came back on. When I got the car home, me and my son in law, got under the car and low and behold, there was no new or even a used catalytic converter that had been replaced or even a new gas cap. Again, don't have inspection, so I cannot get the tags. Every 60 days I had to drive down to Yota Ranch to get a new paper tag. He was like bring the car in next week every single time we spoke. The whole purpose in having the car is to drive it, right, not to park it at the dealership. I am telling you, the man did not touch the car mechanically. No way. Now it is January 2025 and I still had no plates. Took my car in and left it for another 3 weeks. Came back to get it and was not fixed. Had to threaten him with a fraud report to the state comptroller to get the tags. Lucky him that there was a new law in Texas and he did not have to have an inspection any more. He offered to comp me the TTL money back but of course that was a lie but I got my car back and I got tags today 2/5/25 on a car I purchased on 2/29/24. For the love of God and all things holy, don't buy from this shady establishment. And trust me when I say he is evil. The guy is pure evil, just check out that horn on his head. You will then understand.

    Crestview RV - Buda

A+ rating all around for Crestview RV in Buda Texas!…read more I have an older friend who currently lives in her older travel trailer with her pup. She called me on a Friday and asked if I would go with her to pick up a used 2018 trailer in Dallas, to replace her 2012 problematic current home. After hearing that a Dallas dealer was clearly trying to take advantage of her by charging $2500 over their listed used price because she had her own financing, I said let's look here locally for an honest dealer and a much better new home. I was aware of Crestview RV in Buda, along with another RV dealer. I had made contact with the competitor in Buda, and my friend with Crestview RV and consultant John Giguere. We started our day on Saturday at the competitor who had emailed me several Toy Hauler units, (what my friend wanted) "to come look at" but when we arrived found they were not even in their Buda branch, but many hours away, which was deceptive. After a few hours there, getting a pushy used car vibe from managers and being shown less than ideal units (as the ones sent me were not in there stock), we then went to Crestview RV across the freeway, and we are VERY glad we did! From sweet Courtney at the front desk, to our ZERO pressure and super knowledgeable consultant, John Giguere, all the way to our tech Mark, who ultimately did our thorough and very informational and complete walkthrough, we received honest and very helpful information and guidance. We literally went from looking at a very used 8 year old unit at another dealer where they used intimidation and pressure, to going to peaceful zero pressure and sincere guidance at Crestview RV in Buda. John looked for the best match to my friends needs, not pushing something just to get a sale. John helped us find a beautiful well-built Jayco 265TH at Crestview RV brand new on clearance for only 1K more than the other dealers very used unit! Not only was it very well built, beautiful, fiberglass sided and brand new, but it came with industry leading warranties to further protect my friends investment in her full time living forever home! John also gave me suggestions to be able to get 5k more than what other dealers offered for her used RV, as with a little work on it that I can do, it will be a perfect Texas Deer Lease trailer! As an advocate to many, it was refreshing to have such a helpful, professional and honest experience from Crestview RV in Buda, for my good friend and her pup in need of a beautiful new home! I can offer the highest of recommendations for you to go to Crestview RV in Buda and get all your RV needs met!. I am grateful we connected with consultant John Giguere, who helped us in so many ways, and that we had an incredibly helpful and thorough walk through with RV Tech, Mark! I went literally from a novice with zero RV knowledge, to understanding the solid construction of Jayco RV's due to John taking the time to teach me, and fully understanding all systems of my friends new RV including properly hitching, and using all systems and features on a Toy Hauler thanks to RV Tech Mark! When my wife and I are ready for our first RV in the next year or two, without a doubt Crestview RV in Buda will be our only stop!

We did a lot of searching before came here- San Antonio, Austin, New Braunfels. Their inventory, prices, and services were on point.
