I read some surprising positive reviews for this company, I know this had to be employees for them to have any written positive reviews or they are people that just purchased a car and don't realize the hell that awaits them. Because Third Coast!!!! Is the worst place to ever ever ever do business with. They don't report to credit, they harass the hell out of you and all your contacts if you are 1 day late. Let me repeat "1" day. They also harass everyone you have listed as your contact even after you have approved them to pull payment on a certain date. That they don't pull, because they are too incompetent to Read!! Notes that are left approving authorization to pull the payment. So because they are stupid they harass you at work your family your friend at work. Even though they had authorization to pull the payment a week ago. This is completely unacceptable very poor business tactics and they are scams. I purchased a car from them, for my daughter as a first car. Paid this people every month on time with out missing one payment. In fact I paid them several days in advance. They reported nothing to my credit which means me having this car is of NO BENEFIT TO ME but a car. However I am sure if i give this car back because of ALL THE PHONE CALLS they'll report that as a Repo to F up my credit, but you do mother to benefit my credit. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone and I feel bad for the people that had no clue of what they are getting into. So Fast and So Good. Very interesting shopping experience. I do live in San Antonio and got a ride to visit this cars dealership with that very beautiful old style red house at Kyle Crossing. Walked around the lot and inmediately was greeted by Aby. He talked to me about the Easy Financing Program and after all, found it really worked to my advantage. The car I was interested in was not at Kyle location and had to be brought over from another location close to Austin TX. My deal last about 1.5 hours due to traffic delays which always happen when crossing Austin's heavy traffic. I finally drove the vehicle around and found it satisfying to my present needs. Did all paper work, provided the $1000 down, signed everything, got the keys and left with a great smile in my face and my heart bumping of the very Easy way to get financed a car. I Needed That Chevy Man! After my applications, got tired of receiving phone calls just asking about "how much down you can bring to the table". Tired of other dealers' incredible high upfront down payment. Once I went to Third Coast Hwy I-35 North Austin, I found had the lowest price so I went there first. After seeing the Camaro yellow I wanted to take with me, I wanted to know what payments would be on the car because of my poor credit no bank would finance me. The sales rep Jerry Garcia was in shock when I explain him about my terrible experience at the other dealerships and was confident that this one would give me the best deal. Well to make a long story short they did and left that evening with a 2014 Chevy Camaro. I want to thank Jerry and Third Coast for giving me the opportunity to buy the car I really wanted it. Third Coast dealership was recommended to me because one of my friends had a good experience buying a used Dodge Caravan. I'm a very skeptical buyer, I've been looking at a low mileage Toyota Tacoma for months. During the weekend checked their inventory. Applied to one of the 3 alternatives I found online. Just getting out of my job, got a phone call and decided an appointment forthe same day. Smart as I am, inmediately applied online and place the name of the seller at the bottom. MUY A GUSTO CON ESTE DILER Le doy 10 de 10 en calificación. Me hicieron una tremenda ayuda porque no completaba todo el enganche. Pues con $1000 de frente y $500 de "deferred payment" como ellos dicen para 2 semanas después y completar el pago inicial requerido por el diler, pude sacar el carro que realmente que quería.
