Dishonest but nice so quite deceiving. We bought a 98 Jeep Wrangler from Car Sho and paid over $9,000 out the door. They said it had a 120 point inspected and every thing was good. Within days of the purchase the transmission quit working. We had it towed back to Carsho. They said they pulled the pan and cleaned out bits of metal and put in a new trans filter because it was under the 30 day warranty. When we picked it up it went less than 10 miles and had the same problem with the transmission. Next, they said they put in a rebuilt transmission to fix the problem. A few months later, it had the same transmission problem. Since it was out of the transmission warranty, they offered to split 50/50 the repair costs. Since they couldn't fix it twice, I wasn't going to pay to have them try it a third time. I offered to sell the Jeep back to them but they wouldn't buy it. We put a rebuilt transmission in at a transmission shop and they said the transmission had never been touched. The transmission had all the original parts and had never been worked on. Also within months of purchase the power steering pump broke. Another small thing, when we bought the Jeep, the fan knob was missing from the dash. Kenny said one was on order and she would send it to us. Weeks later no knob, I called, she sounded offended and said she'd have to pull one off another vehicle. When two knobs arrived neither one worked so I ordered one from Jeep rather than talk to her again. CarSho has some people who act nice and others who talk a big talk but are dishonest in my opinion. The epitome of where the used car salesman reputation comes from. I recommend to shop elsewhere. read more

Car HORROR Sho!!!.....I have only had great experiences for 50 years in buying and selling cars. I found a car with Car Sho online and I flew in, stayed the night in a hotel and was ready to pick it up my new car. When I arrived seats were dirty and dust all over dashboard. They cleaned it up. I paid for it, and before I left the car lot, found the a/c not working properly. I sat there 8 long hours, while they had their mechanic check it out. They said it was fixed (closing time), it WAS NOT. They said NOT to bring it back, sent me $300 towards an unknown problem. It was $1900 to repair, cost me $8,000 in earnings over 2 months (my car is my Earner) and 4 mechanics and no customer care, no integrity, no honesty or honor. I have never and will hopefully never again have to experience anything like that! They do not deserve to be in Business treating customers that way! We rely on them to sell cars without major problems. If they miss the ball, they need to make it right....especially when the customer never drove off the lot before finding the problem! This is a two part review: Part 1- I am from Northern California and was working with a gentleman on purchasing a Dodge 4x4 truck. he was great to work with. No complaints there. No complaints either on dealing with the sales manager and the process of actually purchasing the car. Simple process but very displeased about the drivetrain warranty. So, in my opinion, fantastic customer service! Part 2- my only complaint is that I bought the truck and decided to not go with the drivetrain warranty because of how much it was going to cost. The cost of the warranty would be higher than getting a transmission rebuilt and put under warranty through the rebuild company. Two months after purchasing the truck- my transmission's second gear blew and I had no more second gear. I had done ZERO 4-wheel driving. The only time I had even shifted the transfer case into 4x4 is when I was looking at the truck before I bought it to make sure it could shift into 4x4 and back without any problems. So my complaint it- they do not do their own due diligence in selling a fully operational vehicle. read more

Saw the car online on Friday, test drove Saturday and drove away on Sunday. From beginning to end we got fantastic service from Nelson, and John made the financing part super easy. My 2005 Dodge Ram has had minor issues but even after the warranty was up I called John he said bring it down we can look at it and charged a little but nothing compared to a mechanic shop and he understood I needed the truck for work and got it done in a timely matter. I bought a 2008 Subaru Legacy from Carsho, and I have to admit everyone was very friendly and professional. I bought the car on a Sunday and picked it up the following Saturday. The car drove beautifully over the Grapevine. The next day the check engine light came on. I called Carsho and they recommended a few places I could take my car in Porterville. I faxed them a copy of the receipt for the repair, they sent out a check promptly. The car runs great with no check engine lights on. Everyone can't believe what I paid for this car. Driving from Long Beach to Corona to buy a car from an unknown party is risky at best. Used car dealerships don't put those fears to rest either. But please allow me to share my 5star experience at Car Sho. I found the car on Car Fax or was it Craigslist or was it Offerup, I am not really sure because we looked at so many cars online, but when I asked for more information Mary V was quick to respond. Confident that the offer was real (many aren't online) she asked when we could come to visit-and confirmed that she would be there to meet us. Then 2 days later on our appointment day she responded to my text that she was would be there and yes the car was still available. Hallelujah ! The sales process was easy. The owner wrote up the deal like it was his first sale. Very humble and personable. To get us in the office we were told no down payment necessary, the car we were purchasing had just had a 120 point inspection by Corona Volkswagen next door, and we would be in and out in a breeze. Well, even with 720 FICO score they all of a sudden needed a down payment, Volkswagen has no record of an inspection on the car, and it took 24 hours to actually own the vehicle. It has fallen apart in only a year and we have no recourse but only to warn others that these people are chain- smoking con artists who lie through their smoke exhaled breath, while they chatter about everything except the car. I had asthma days after my exposure to their smoke filled office. They are the epitome of the BAD, USED car salesman jokes. crooks...thief. ...liars.....took total advantage of a handicap woman. i had found an ad on. internet for a minivan. found out it was at this dealer car sho in corona. i went down and was shown a nice ford windstar 2003. it drove notice on the test drive air worked brakes were well. everything else in place seemed good. i purchased the van for 4995.00 with my junk car as a trade in. wound up being 5600.00 after everything. paid in cash! was so excited. then 3days later noticed no alignment. and problems with the stearing. since he had given me a 30 ! day warranty joe the owner promised to fix it. two weeks later the air blew up. major problems. ....took to firestone in lake elinor they were great... but said if been taken.after $3000.00 in repairs the car was deemed safe. the owner at car sho was an ass. and refused to help in any way. my main reason i told him i needed a van was i was ill and becoming handicap. i needed something reliable and that would hold a wheelchair and a walker. plus my 12 year old daughter and friends. he took total advantage of me. never buy anything from him without a through check up. he is a crook. read more

Buyer beware! We went into this dealership to see a vehicle that was posted on their website. Pictures were gorgeous! We were excited to see it. When we saw the vehicle we were in shocked. The pictures themselves MUST have been photo shopped because it was not like the pictures. We test drove the car! OMGOSH! The brakes were so bad that the emergency brake wouldn't even hold the car at a stop when it was engaged. The brakes were completely useless and a danger to even have this car on the lot.
