The reason for me giving these guys 3 stars they had my beautiful red 650i Bmw my car was hit I know two good friends one is a family member,anyway I sent my bmw here now it was an insurance claim now they got paid there money I ask the boss or supervisor,because I know it's not the owner AL b if I had asked him I'm sure he would have made sure it got done ,but the tall guy with the glasses he wanted to charge me shameful no pride in the work.I asked if he could touch up the bumper there so f***in cheap they didn't even touch the front bumper than I ask why he didn't paint the front bumper he says oh that will be 500$ and I gotta bring it back in 2 or 3 weeks like dude I just got you a nice check from Gieco the least you could have done was paint my front bumper so f***in cheap had I went to east coast or ziggys they would have did it to give me my car back like that is a f***in disgrace where is being a perfectionist at like where's pride in your work to give me my car with everything fixed and a chipped bumper is a disgrace every time I look at my front bumper I get pissed I don't recommend no one here unless you want a half ass job sorry ‍ read more

These guys are pretty good overall with their service. The guys in the office are jokers and very friendly to. I came here twice to drop off the company car for two fender benders.They took care of everything, from all of the paperwork to dropping me off to the car rental place. They also went above and beyond and fixed my screwed up locking feature and the trunk latch of my car and that wasn't even part of the price quote for the accident repairs. Another plus is there was nothing missing from my car and my they cleaned the outside as well as the inside of my car; it was shining. Overall, they are good guys and very professional. Earlier this year I woke up to find my bumper and side back panel smashed, no note and no clue how it happened. It took me a while to finally get it fixed because I kept being told it would be less expensive to pay our of pocket then it would using my insurance. Knowing I would have to part with cash, I procrastinated but when I finally did take it somewhere I took it too Advanced in Bayonne. I can't say enough about them and this review is long overdue. They said without replacing the bumper it wouldn't be perfect but when I saw the finished product, to me it was! Joe and Joe (Father and Son) super professional, honest and just plain nice. I need the bumper cover of my Sienna to be match painted. I found Advance Auto Body to have the best price around, so I dropped the bumper cover off there. When I picked up the bumper, I'm so happy with the result. The paint job is excellent and perfectly matched the color of my Sienna. some idiot hit my car in late june, it is now september..... i still don't have my car back yet. been to the shop about a dozen times, did not see anyone working on my car one time, they've been giving me the run around for the last 6 weeks. both insurance adjusters told me it was about a 2 week job, that was in late june, it's now september..... this experience has been a complete nightmare. completely unprofessional, totally disgusting, i hope by writing this review i will save someone the massive headache i have from having to deal with this place. could not be any more dissatisfied, my car has been sitting there literally the entire summer. do not bring your car there unless you just want it to sit there for weeks on end, could not be any more pissed off. the car has been there 10 weeks and counting read more
