The following service was performed: flattened out the hood, removed the headliner, tightened the antenna, and sealed any gaps to avoid potential water from seeping under the antenna into the vehicle headliner. The quality of service I received, especially from the manager, Eddie, was superb. I had some anxiety, concerns and questions. Eddie was patient, professional, knowledgeable and kind. He explained the detailed repairs and labor involved, and convincingly put my concerns to rest. When the repairs were completed, the car looked great, inside and out. The cost of repair matched the quote, and was reasonable and comparable. I'm am a return customer, and recommend this business. If needed I will return again.

I…read morestopped by one afternoon to get an estimate on re-painting one door of my car that had been previously worked on by a mobile dent removal/paint guy, and the roof because the clear coat was wearing out due to sun damage. It wasn't looking good and I plan to keep the car for another five years or so, so I figured I should look into this. Marcos took a look at the areas that needed work, then brought me into his office. He typed up some information in the computer and got me a quote within 10 or 15 minutes, no problem. The cost was about what I expected and I didn't even bother getting a second opinion. Based on the number of great reviews on Moises, I figured I had found the right place. I scheduled a time to drop the car off on a Monday morning hoping I would only have to rent a car until Friday. They literally got to work right away, sending me photos of the car being worked on by noon. It turned out that the mobile dent guy had done some pretty shoddy work underneath his paint job, and that I would need a new door skin as well if I wanted the car to really look its best. Marcos was honest and said I didn't have to go this route, and could keep it the way it was, but it wouldn't look as good. It would be ok, and better than it currently looked, but if I wanted it pristine, I should consider the new door skin. I figured I'm going this far, so we might as well do it right. The car was ready by Friday afternoon as promised, even though they had to order a new door skin which was not in the plan. When I picked the car up Friday, it looked perfect. In fact, the whole car looked fantastic. The paint was blended perfectly. I feel so much better about this car now. One added bonus to all of this is that Marcos noticed my magnet on the back of the car that says "I [heart] my dachshund," and Marcos mentioned he also has two dachshunds. I always know I can trust a dachshund lover. The only problem is that Marcos is an LAFC fan, and as I am a huge LA Galaxy fan, it was difficult to accept this!

So, after graduation I asked him what he wanted and he liked a car that he can play with, modify its engine etc...I bought him a brand new limited release Toyota GR 86 car. However, after a few months, a guy busy on his mobile phone backed up on GR 86 while waiting at a Starbucks restaurant. So, I took the car to the City Auto Body Shop, having been here before with my Acura MDX with the same experience.... Briefly, this shop always delivers the goods as promised. They fixed the car after a few days and continuously updated me with the original parts that were ordered from Japan instead of locally manufactured Taiwanese or Chinese options. They also worked with my insurance company and rental agency to give us a loaner and certainly updated the whole team who was involved in the process. They called us on the phone and shared daily updates and repairs that was being done to the car. Our car was also stored and secured in the garage and protected from the elements which other repair outlets don't seem to care. The service advisor was very professional and collaborated with my insurance adjuster to complete the repair and also facilitated the payment of the necessary fees relative to my coverages. Yes, you ca. actually trust this repair facility and they certainly will do ensuring to repair and fix your car, just like new when you left the dealership.
