Throughout the process he was ARGUMENTATIVE, UNCOMMUNICATIVE and often blamed his workers for errors but made no effort to correct the errors unless we specifically asked for corrections. He WALKED OFF THE JOB in October, leaving a partially completed kitchen, and then demanded nearly full payment for a job he didn't finish. Every subsequent contractor we've had in to assess the remaining job has remarked on the POOR QUALITY of his workmanship. We are still finding mistakes that need to be fixed (electric outlet pulled out of the wall, toe kick board in wrong spot). If you want a well-done remodel, DO NOT HIRE.

Dwynne Belton replaced our roof and did a great job…read more While the other vendor we asked was trying to sell us on installing powered attic fans in our roof for ventilation, Dwynne instead suggested a passive ridge vent that was quiet and effective. While the other suggested putting new shingles on top of our old shingles, Dwynne recommended pulling the old shingles to address any structural damage underneath (and boy did we find some) and to extend the life of the new roof. He took care to make sure that everything was done well and correctly, and even suggested replacing our old and ugly chimney stack with a much smaller, more modern, and much more attractive one at no extra cost. He made sure that everything was flashed and sealed correctly. His team worked quickly, worked well, and cleaned everything up. A couple years later, we had him replace the roof on our new house. Doing our due diligence, we also got quotes from two other vendors - one never gave us a quote, while the other came in significantly higher and insisted that because our roof couldn't support a ridge vent we needed to install powered exhaust fans in our roof for ventilation (what is it with some roofing contractors trying to sell roof fans?). Not only was Dwynne Belton's quote much lower, but he was able to install a passive roof vent even without a ridge to work with, which provides all the ventilation we need without generating noise or consuming electricity. His crew removed and replaced all the damaged and rotten wood that was sitting under our old roof, sealed and flashed everything, and again cleaned everything up when they were done.

I was then asked to come into the office/showroom. I told them I wasn't going to waste my time if the price was too much. I was then given a broad price range and told I'd have a more detailed and exact price the next day after it was completed. I never received that price and that was over a week ago. If they're not very reliable during the estimate and trying to earn your business phase, they most likely won't be during the actual remodel.

My cabinets are not aligned and failing they will not return to complete the job and or warrant the work. The cabinets had a warranty and no one returns my calls or emails. All i want is the what i paid for is quality of workmanship work completed as promised and a warranty being upheld. The century 21 cabinets are not working properly and will continue to get worse if not addressed as the job was incomplete. They left and never returned. They sub out the hvac and that became my problem due to three holidays in between our remodel. Days off , terrible weather and lack of finding good workers and availability of them. Unforseen issues that came about during the remodel that i was told was difficult to find good help from the owner and to be patient. As i was. I could question nothing. Then i got told otherwise due to time passed that was out of my control due to communication and knowledge issues with their workers that was not my issue as well that i am paying for now with the incomplete remodel which is not alot to ask. My cabinets need adjustments. Before they fail totally. The cabinet company doesn't respond neither it all goes thru them. There is no airflow since the remodel in the ducts they moved. Which again became an issue that now is my problem as i paid them in full and they never returned. This is heartbreaking and stressful. My ac bill is super high and inaccurate as they fail to return. They fail to follow thru with any warranty. They failed to complete the work and fix what they did that is failing and or improperly incomplete.

When they left my wife and I were all ready to hire them. Estimates and contracts were a breeze, and before we knew it we were at their showroom in Medford,NJ. We worked with Steve's sister(Amanda) who was a tremendous help with flooring, tile and countertops. We had different experts in throughout the project and every one of them left the job site cleaner than they found it. But I would have to say the best part of the entire project was working with Dynamic's foreman Trevor. We never had to guess when any of the contractors were going to show up, Trevor handled everything and was there to answer any of our ridiculous questions via text message during the project. Trevor was waiting for a contractor to show up at our house, while he was waiting he organized my garage.... no lie!! I would recommend The Dynamic Group to anyone. Nevertheless, after the installation, we bought some items to their attention regarding the shower doors automatically sliding to one side, handle installed incorrectly (when pointing to hot water you get cold), and most of all, water coming out from under the shower doors onto the floor. Because the doors were fixed from sliding by leveling at the top, more water come out from under the glass shower doors due a larger gap created by leveling at the top. We would love a solution to this problem.

I had to escalate to the owner multiple times and just excuses and ultimately had to correct the drywall seams myself. I am only writing the review as they continue to contact me asking for it even though it has been over 2 years and I have asked multiple times to be removed from their list. RUN AWAY
