The mother had to consistently call the company for days to try to figure out where the pants were and was given inaccurate tracking information and excuses ("it is father's day weekend" "the carrier is losing many items"). She was assured it would arrive a certain date and it did not over and over again. We did not receive a refund. I would never recommend working with them again.
