We visited on Saturday morning, and although the store wasn't very big, they had plenty of items. Everything was VERY well organized by gender and age. They also had all the upcoming holiday outfits displayed for easier buying. We found a good amount of sets for the impending summer for about $75. The checkout was fairly fast as well, and we were out of there. Take note though: they are a bagless store, so make sure you bring in your bags if you don't do that already!

The sizing chart is not true to the children's size, and we were not provided with return information. Worse, though, is that one family never received the pants that they ordered a month in advance. The mother had to consistently call the company for days to try to figure out where the pants were and was given inaccurate tracking information and excuses ("it is father's day weekend" "the carrier is losing many items"). She was assured it would arrive a certain date and it did not over and over again. We did not receive a refund. I would never recommend working with them again. I just went there today and there were 2 sales ladies in the store. Jenifer was the one that helped me and she was unenthusiastic, but friendly. The other lady was just flat out rude. I thought she was rude enough to enter in the address to this location and voice my feelings about it on yelp. She avoided eye contact with me and when I looked at her to ask if there were other locations in the valley, she looked away and waited for her coworker to answer me. She didn't greet me coming in and didn't bother saying goodbye when I left even though she saw me through the entire transaction. There were not that many other people in the store and she was just standing at the register. So, maybe I'm just overly sensitive today, but I can usually sense when people are deliberately being rude. Anyway, just a heads up. I guess that's why I shop consignment. I guess wasn't the same company they're probably use to catering to...which are moms in designer garb and fake tans. Oh well. At least I walked away with a really cute outfit...on sale! :)

In my opinion, they are very, very reasonable. Go and see for yourself! The manager, Kate, is incredibly helpful as well as the other staff she has. I usually only deal with her though. She remembers me not only by my first name but also my last name, which is definitely not a common name. Totally blew me away the first time she did it! The store is located near a Goodwill, so whatever they do not buy, I donate. We brought a gently used toy, but was told that they couldn't find it online to accurately price it (strange since it was a toy from last Christmas). When you drop off your items to sell, you will need your Driver's License. A $5 coupon is printed on the receipt, but it is off the purchase of $25 or more (I had to ask since it didn't say). You can wait there or receive a text when they have reviewed what they would like to buy. The average wait times whenever I drop off items to sell has been at least three hours. You can not leave your items overnight. Overall, the staff was friendly and helpful. If you want more money for your items, I would not sell here. I prefer not to deal with Facebook marketplace and will continue to come here.
